Bangunan tinggi baharu dengan kolam renang atas bumbung dan pemandangan yang bagus. Terdapat sauna, bilik dobi dengan kemudahan pengeringan. Kelemahannya ialah daftar masuk sentiasa semacam pencarian. Dan lif sering sibuk, jadi anda perlu menunggu lama.

Saya kehilangan kunci bilik saya pada waktu malam. Bagaimanapun, saya tidak dapat menghubungi sesiapa untuk menerima sokongan dan terpaksa tidur di tempat lain sehingga jam 9 pagi keesokan harinya sebelum menerima sokongan supaya saya boleh ke bilik saya untuk berehat.

2.30 ptg 30 minit sebelum daftar masuk cuma mereka maklumkan unit sedang diselenggara. Mereka memindahkan saya ke harta lain yang mempunyai tandas yang tidak bersih dan berbau. Pengurusan yang teruk.

Stayed here multiple times. Great facilities, location and rooms. Checking in might be a small drama if it's your first time so not worth it for one night. Usually they make you wait till 3pm but it pans out OK and the Homebrickz agent is one of the better ones. Great value. Near little India where you can get great meals and cheap groceries.

Location is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral which is excellent. Do note that they don't provide parking. Can be better if they provide bottled drinking water or filtered water. Building facilities is quite good but lift is a bit slow. Not so flexible with check in check out time.

Unit type is the same. Self check in and check out. Tooth brush everything is self provided. Check every cleanness before next tenant.

I’ve stayed in many places, but this was by far the **worst experience** I’ve ever had. I booked through Ctrip for the first time, and because the price was ridiculously cheap, I thought it would be a good deal. I couldn’t have been more wrong. As soon as I opened the door, the **place smelled like absolute sewage**. I’m not exaggerating—**it literally smelled like ******. After looking around, I discovered the stench was coming from the toilet. The sewage area was disgusting—**full of hair, filth, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever**. It was clear no one had bothered to do any maintenance. The **floors were covered in sand**, like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in ages. I could barely walk without feeling like I was walking on dirt. And the **bed sheets**? They were covered in dirt, so much so that I could tell they hadn’t been changed. The **pillowcases** were gross too. And they charged me for cleaning fees? How is that even possible when the place is a disaster? I immediately reached out to the host via WhatsApp to complain. They replied the next morning with a weak “thank you” and completely ignored the severity of the situation. Then, as if it wasn’t bad enough, out of nowhere, they messaged me at **5:58 PM** to say they’d send a cleaner at **6:30 PM**. **What kind of service is this?** I didn’t come here to deal with cleaning problems! I came to relax on holiday, not clean up someone else’s mess. I’ve heard people talk about Homebrickz, but after this **nightmare of an experience**, I can honestly say I will **never** book with them again. The place was filthy, the service was non-existent, and it was **not worth the price at all**. I’m beyond disappointed. I’ve attached a picture for proof, and trust me, you **do not booked here**
