Ulasan Jeeva Klui Resort – Lombok

Hotel ini bersebelahan dengan Pantai Senggigi Walaupun lokasinya agak jauh, keseluruhan ***a dan hiasan hotel ini sangat bagus Kolam renang hotel ini adalah kolam infiniti di tepi laut dan mempunyai pemandangan yang bagus . Hotel ini mempunyai pantainya sendiri di mana anda boleh berjalan kaki dan mengambil cengkerang.

Hotel yang bagus, sangat tenang dan luas. Saya boleh mendengar ombak dengan jelas kerana saya memilih pantai. Pemandangannya cantik. Sarapan pagi juga sedap. Anda boleh memesan go-food jika anda mahu. Apabila anda bermain di sekitar pantai, orang tempatan selalu datang kepada anda untuk menjual barang-barang, bagi saya yang "me time", ia sedikit menjengkelkan. Saya tahu mereka sedang bergelut kerana wabak, tetapi......

Very good service. Very calm resort, good food for breakfast, the pool in the room was very huge!! Good resort if you want to relax all day long

酒店環境很好，有海灘，然後環境很舒服，不是那種熱帶濃郁的風格，服務人員很專業很熱情！下次如果來，我還願意住這裏！

This place is paradise. Lush gardens, the sound of crashing waves, beautiful sunsets, beach, volcano views, amazing pool and restaurant area (with tables right over the beach), spacious rooms. Great a la carte breakfast and food in the restaurant. The staff are wonderful beautiful people, always smiling and ready to assist you. I was a solo traveler and they made me feel very welcome. Thank you to the entire team ! I did have to share my beachfront villa with two little gecko’s and there was a huge gecko hanging out in my outdoor shower almost every night. I thought it added to the charm of the place but they did startle me sometimes when they made clicking sounds at night. Aside from that I found the peace I was looking for at Jeeva Klui.

Jeeva Klui exceed my expactation. its the the most needed vacation ever. From the check in until check out, all have been taken care very well. When we called the room service, they immediately come to assist us. our rooms always clean and sand free every day.please² rewards them . Dini and Bruno are super friendly and helpful and making our vacation is the best. Hopefully u can install bidet soon. others are all exceed expectation

My girl friend and I had an amazing experience at Jeeva for our 4 night stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind especially Ken, Windri, and Dini. Every morning and evening they greeted us with a warm welcome and made sure we were always comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this accommodation if you are looking for a relaxing spot during your trip to Lombok.

Amazing experience, the hotel is very nice. The location is perfect and the beachfront view allows us to see the sunset. The staff is so nice and smiling, thanks to Windri, Dini and all the staff. Food is really good with a lot a different options for the breakfast. It was a very peaceful and unique experience

We are currently staying at the sister hotel Jeeva Santai where the service is brilliant. However , at the Jeeva Klui we found the service to be below par. Restaurant staff eager to sit you down for food but after that they ignore you. We tried to get their attention but they seemed to be busy doing something else. It wasn’t busy - only another couple of tables who were already eating. So that couldn’t have been an excuse. Also hospitality at reception wasn’t great either. I am so glad I am staying at the Jeeva Santai.

Very nice hotel resort, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here. The staff at this resort are absolutely exceptional. I would like to give a special mention to April and Dini in particular who were amongst the kindest and friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They made an effort to learn our names and remembered them throughout! I would strongly recommend this resort to anybody who values good service and friendly staff.

Paradise . You are treated as a special guest from the first to last at this resort . The staff are amazing and the resort beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay . Every day was a delight . The beach , the view, the spa all were fantastic as well as the breakfast
