The stay at E-charm hotel was a great one. The place was impeccably clean and the staff attentive and friendly. Xiao Wang was always quick to help, even when we were having issues with ******* 🤣. Impeccable service was appreciated. Moreover, the hotel is located so conveniently close to Kunming old street and a swath of fantastic food options. Thank you for taking care of us

交通超便利，離地鐵站步行幾分鐘，去高鐵南站很快。 房間乾淨整潔，北歐風很舒服，乾濕分離衞生間很加分。 前台服務熱情，辦理入住退房都很快，性價比很高，下次來還住這裏！

A great place to stay and the service staff is helpful. The welcome drink and fruits were a beautiful gesture. We left our additonal luggage with them and came back a week later and they remembered us. This is personal touch and warmth to any guests. 👍 WeChat us the info and places to visit when we were there and this helps us a lot. 👍

The drivers thy do the shuttle service are obviously under stress, they seem to be impatient and rude. No one wants to gr to an angry driver after landing maybe from a delayed flight overnight. A bit of compassion towards the customers would be appreciated and it would look better for the hotel image. Beside this, the hotel is clean and very close to the airport and not overpriced so happy with it overall. Breakfast is below average , better options in the airport for sure.

房間很乾凈，前台很有禮貌，進去微笑的問好，還詢問喝花茶還是小青柑，小青柑好喝，哈哈。就是很温心。房間衞生很好，簡潔很商務，不繁鎖，細節恰到好處，抌頭很舒服，空調冷熱風都有，之前聽人説有些酒店無空調呢，最後有早歺來不及吃，拿了雞蛋阿姨還問夠不夠，好貼心！還有最關鍵有免費停車場，耐斯！

Good hotel. The staff are very helpful and nice. Room was clean, the towel was bit old as the edges were worn out. But it was clean and white and wrapped in plastic. So no issue using it. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Heating was good. Close to metro station

這家酒店真的挖到寶了！🥰早餐真的特別特別豐盛～大堂的免費咖啡、糕點和茶水飲料也太加分了吧！早上起來可以沖杯咖啡再配個小點心，幸福感直接拉滿。房間也收拾得乾乾淨淨，我叫了東西用機器人送上來，全程不用和人接觸，社恐的我真的狂喜！前台服務也很温柔，因為沒有帶卸粧的東西，前台小姐姐還特意問我需不需要卸粧物品！真的住得超舒服，已經推薦給閨蜜啦～整體性價比也很高，推薦入住哦～
