Hotel Kunming dengan Spa

Absolutely amazing place and room. Not everyone speaks English but it was easy enough to communicate via wechat with them and the inbuilt translate function. The place is a little hard to find but only because I arrived at 2am and it was dark. But this shouldn’t be an issue if you come at a reasonable daylight hour. The place is also already within the World Horti Expo so you can just head out and explore during your stay. Service was amazing; I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they catered perfectly for it for breakfast, asking exactly what I cannot take and customizing breakfast to be suitable. Loved every second of my stay here and have been recommending it non-stop to my friends who may be going to Kunming.

We had a wonderful stay here. My favorite feature was the bay window. It was such a cozy place to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and they responded to our requests quickly. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. It had a smart toilet, a powerful hair dryer, a round table, and a small tatami table, which made it convenient for us to enjoy takeaway meals in the room. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. Most of the attractions we visited were within easy reach ,abt 30min to every attractions. Ordering food delivery was also very easy, and if you prefer takeaway, there are plenty of restaurants and bubble tea shops downstairs in the shopping mall. Breakfast included Yunnan Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles and Steam Pot Chicken. The noodles were just so-so for my taste, but the chicken was really good. The broth was flavorful with a nice peppery taste. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again when we visit Kunming.

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Taman Yu dan Taman Daguan, hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki jauhnya. Saya tertarik dengan terapi mangkuk nyanyian sebelum saya pergi! Dan ia benar-benar menakjubkan! Sesi yoga pagi benar-benar memberi tenaga kepada seluruh badan saya, membuatkan saya berasa penuh tenaga sepanjang hari. Terapi mangkuk nyanyian tengah hari sangat menenangkan, dan saya tidur dengan sangat selesa. Sesi relaksasi yang mendalam pada waktu petang juga sangat menenangkan, dan saya tidur nyenyak sepanjang malam selepas itu! Some aspects of my stay were excellent but a few things were terrible.  I will mention the good things first.  The room was large, beautiful and gave a beautiful view of the sunset.  The bathroom was superb indeed and the bathroom amenities were superior as was the shower, toilet and everything associated with the bathroom.   The problems were as follow:  There was no dining facilities in the hotel  to eat dinner and I was very hungry after traveling 12 hours by train from Shanghai.  I had to walk very far to get to the area that has restaurants  and  food kiosks.  When I returned to the hotel with some food that needed refrigeration, I discovered the refrigerator  in my room was not working.  I called for service and the worker who came to check said  the refrigerator was broken and could not be replaced.  this was a big problem since I needed to refrigerate the only food I had purchased.  Finally, another staff came to my room and discovered the refrigerator was in fact , not broken.  It was not plugged in properly so that problem was finally resolved after a very long time.  The worst thing  was the bed.  It was so hard, it was painful to lay down on it and impossible to sleep on it.  I called the desk for help and they told me that they did not have a softer mattress to give me.  The mattress was as hard as concrete and I was desperate to sleep.  A staff member came up with a suitable solution.  She brought several duvets and covered the hard mattress with them--placing them one on top of another until I was finally able to lay down on the bed without experiencing pain.  It was very late in the middle of the night before I was finally able to lay down on the bed and go to sleep.   In summary, the room itself was excellent and the bathroom was superior.  Unfortunately, the mattress was entirely unacceptable and impossible to sleep upon.  It was also very disappointing that the worker did not know how to. get the refrigerator to work properly but his superior knew immediately what the problem was.  Much time was wasted until she resolved the problem.  The worker should have been more knowledgeable  and competent. 

Everything is great other that they should stop old men smoking in the building because it's literally a child location with child facitilites, it's easy to go outside. There's signs saying no smoking but they don't enforce it. Other than that it's great, especially the hot spring outside

The hotel is beautifully located by a serene, quiet lake, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. It is particularly popular among families with children, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh. While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China. I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice. 這次陪小孩來雲南參加比賽，提前入住了滇池邊的古滇半山温泉酒店，入住體驗很棒！入住期間李啟富副總全程熱情服務，酒店配套服務也很及時，別墅裏有私湯温泉和配套蒸房，還有户外的古滇温泉，是地下2622米的真温泉，牧雲台餐廳早餐品類特別豐富，餐食都可以送到別墅，服務員王春花熱情周到，主動幫忙。酒店還有無邊泳池，山景宜人，性價比高，適合假期放鬆，強烈推薦！

Забронировал отель на 4 ночи. Отель располагается в жилом комплексе со входом через кпп. В 10 минутах ходьбы находится старый город. Комната чистая, персонал очень доброжелательный. Уборка проводилась каждый день. Рекомендую отель для заселения.

Nice place to get away from the city for a couple of days without having to travel too far. Well-appointed rooms and higher floors offer nice views of the lake and hills with Kunming city in the background, as well as the amusement park next door. Good breakfast selection including Western options. Even though not all the hot springs were open mid-week, there were still enough options to get some privacy. Not much of interest around the hotel apartment from the hot springs and amusement park but that was fine for us.

We recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and had quite a mixed experience – some parts were truly lovely, while others left us a bit disappointed. First of all, the villa itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. The natural hot spring water was one of the highlights of our stay — such a relaxing and unique experience. The surrounding territory is also well-maintained and very peaceful, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature. However, it’s important to note that the location is quite remote — it took us around an hour to get to places where we could eat or enjoy a cup of coffee. This is understandable considering the mountain setting and access to hot springs. The afternoon tea was decent, and although lunch wasn’t included in our stay, we tried the local mixian noodles and they were absolutely delicious! Must try! Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing, especially for guests like us who don’t eat pork or pork oil - there were very few options. A few maintenance and cleanliness issues also affected our stay. The outdoor pool was not super clean, some insects were swimming there. While we really loved the hot spring bathtub in the villa, the facilities could use a bit more upkeep. The toilet setup was quite basic — a minimum upgrade like a bidet spray or shower toilet would make a big difference, especially for international or Muslim guests. A more distressing part of our stay was that we found dead insects under the blanket in our bed after returning to our room one evening 🥲 I do appreciate the staff’s polite and kind response – they offered tea and explained it may have fallen from the ceiling – but for someone with a strong phobia of insects, this made it difficult to sleep and really affected my comfort. I do believe this is something that should be taken more seriously, especially in a hotel of this level. Despite these issues, the staff was very polite, cute and extremely helpful & friendly, and I can see the potential for a truly magical experience here with just a few improvements. I really wanted to love everything — and part of me did — but I was also happy to go back home, just to feel more comfortable and relaxed.
