Hotel Kunming dengan Spa

it was such a pleasure spending time here! amazing boutique Japanese style hotel, the front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. the hot spring tub was set to 52C; with rose petals - my husband loved it so much that he didn't want to get out! the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was very simple but yummy. the whole property in every corner was so beautiful!

Daripada peringatan yang bernas daripada Cik Jin Suo semasa membuat tempahan kepada aromaterapi yang merangsang tidur di dalam bilik, setiap aspek menangkap dengan sempurna intipati ”penyembuhan.” Lokasi hotel jauh dari kesibukan, dikelilingi gunung dan tasik, dengan udara segar yang membolehkan saya memperlahankan diri sepenuhnya. Terutama yang patut diberi perhatian ialah Taman Daguan di seberang jalan, di mana anda boleh melihat burung camar. Kelas penyembuhan adalah banyak, dan berlatih dengan pengajar membuatkan saya berasa segar dan santai. Makanan dibuat dengan bahan-bahan segar, namun perisanya pelbagai dan pelbagai, menawarkan pilihan Cina dan Barat. Bilik-bilik adalah bersih tanpa cela, memberikan pengalaman yang sempurna. Saya sangat mengesyorkannya kepada sesiapa sahaja yang ingin melarikan diri dari kesibukan dan berehat!

We had a short stay at Grand Hyatt Kunming and during this stay the hotel had excellent facilities, great in room dining and I would particularly like to highlight our guest relations officer Bianca who went above and beyond to explain everything to us and even stayed connected to us via WeChat throughout the day to clarify any questions we had and also checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our room. It’s a first class treatment from a first class hotel.

Some aspects of my stay were excellent but a few things were terrible.  I will mention the good things first.  The room was large, beautiful and gave a beautiful view of the sunset.  The bathroom was superb indeed and the bathroom amenities were superior as was the shower, toilet and everything associated with the bathroom.   The problems were as follow:  There was no dining facilities in the hotel  to eat dinner and I was very hungry after traveling 12 hours by train from Shanghai.  I had to walk very far to get to the area that has restaurants  and  food kiosks.  When I returned to the hotel with some food that needed refrigeration, I discovered the refrigerator  in my room was not working.  I called for service and the worker who came to check said  the refrigerator was broken and could not be replaced.  this was a big problem since I needed to refrigerate the only food I had purchased.  Finally, another staff came to my room and discovered the refrigerator was in fact , not broken.  It was not plugged in properly so that problem was finally resolved after a very long time.  The worst thing  was the bed.  It was so hard, it was painful to lay down on it and impossible to sleep on it.  I called the desk for help and they told me that they did not have a softer mattress to give me.  The mattress was as hard as concrete and I was desperate to sleep.  A staff member came up with a suitable solution.  She brought several duvets and covered the hard mattress with them--placing them one on top of another until I was finally able to lay down on the bed without experiencing pain.  It was very late in the middle of the night before I was finally able to lay down on the bed and go to sleep.   In summary, the room itself was excellent and the bathroom was superior.  Unfortunately, the mattress was entirely unacceptable and impossible to sleep upon.  It was also very disappointing that the worker did not know how to. get the refrigerator to work properly but his superior knew immediately what the problem was.  Much time was wasted until she resolved the problem.  The worker should have been more knowledgeable  and competent. 

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The pool and the hot spring area were fantastic – perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. One of the highlights for me was definitely the garden: it is huge, beautifully green, and incredibly peaceful. It’s the perfect place to slow down and truly relax. The food was also excellent, with a great variety and very high quality. What stood out the most, however, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful – whether it was housekeeping, the restaurant team, the lounge staff, or the reception. The hotel is also very foreigner-friendly, and communication in English was smooth and easy at all times. I would especially like to highlight the receptionist Kaia, who took care of us throughout our entire stay. She was always available via WeChat, answered all our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you for such a great experience – we definitely want to come back

The hotel is beautifully located by a serene, quiet lake, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. It is particularly popular among families with children, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh. While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China. I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice. Thank you for having me and for putting up with a stupid foreigner!

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

好評 | 昆明皇冠假日酒店，德佑會議沖就完事兒！ 這次來昆明開德佑的會，選了這家皇冠假日，體驗真的絕了！ 入住的時候前台小姐姐羅玉仙女士，李田女士手腳賊麻利，核對訊息、辦手續幾分鐘就搞定，還特意跟我説了會議室在哪層、幾點開門，咱趕會議的人就愛這種不拖沓的！ 我訂的商務大床房，房間寬敞得很，床品軟乎乎的，跑了一天腿躺上去直接不想起來。衞生間是乾濕分離的，洗漱用品啥都配齊了，熱水也一直很穩，早上沖個澡整個人都清醒了，開會都更有精神。 重點誇誇會議室！投影清楚得很，音響一點雜音都沒有，一整天的會開下來，設備壓根沒掉過鏈子。工作人員還時不時進來添茶倒水，細節真的太到位了。 餐廳的飯也必須提一嘴！早餐種類超多，中式西式都有，昆明本地的米線味道很正宗，麪包水果也都新鮮。中午的會議簡餐也不糊弄，葷素搭配得好，分量也夠，吃完下午開會都不犯困。 再説位置，離會議場地近，出門打車、找地方吃飯都方便。 總之這次住得超滿意，下次來昆明出差開會，還選這家！真心推薦給各位同行！

作為入住過4家柏聯的客人，這次紀念日入住昆明柏聯的體驗依然讓人驚喜！房間作了浪漫布置，讓人印象深刻。整體服務非常周到貼心，前台和電瓶車小哥彬彬有禮，尤其是酒店提供的接送服務，為出行省了不少心。餐廳的菜品也一如既往地出色，味道很棒。房間裏的温泉泡池深感愜意！臨走時還收到了酒店準備的小禮品，細節之處盡顯用心。

My stay at this resort was incredibly pleasant. The courtyard boasts thriving lush trees, neat lawns and bright blue sky, creating a refreshing natural atmosphere. The private outdoor hot spring pool is wrapped in dense green vines and rugged stones, offering wonderful privacy for relaxation. The bedroom adopts warm wood-toned decor with soft, fluffy bedding that guarantees restful sleep. The bathroom features premium dark stone countertops, well-prepared toiletries and sleek lighting fixtures with refined detailing. Every area is kept tidy. The tranquil garden scenery, cozy guest room layout and soothing hot spring experience help me shake off daily fatigue fully. I will absolutely book this place again on my next trip.
