PPengguna TetamuOur stay at Grand Hyatt was excellent. The hotel itself it’s just incredible, all the facilities are well maintained. We have been welcomed by Bianca that has been super sweet and offered us an upgrade. During our stay, she always ensured we had everything we needed.
Hotel breakfast is pretty good offering a wide range of options from western to more local ones.
We also tried the fitness center and swimming pool which are both great. Will definitely recommend

MMarc1The hotel is beautifully located by a serene, quiet lake, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. It is particularly popular among families with children, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh.
While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China.
I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly.
Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice.

Location near to major shopping centres in the Chenggong area, Didi private hire costs ard 10-14 rmb to the malls.

CChuin Liu OngHad a wonderful stay at HUALUXE Kunming Hotel. Special thanks to Flora at the front desk who handled my check-in — she was professional, efficient, and very welcoming, making the arrival experience smooth and pleasant.
I’d also like to commend all the staff at the Executive Lounge. Although I can’t recall everyone’s names, the team was consistently attentive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout my stay. Their warm service really elevated the overall experience.
Highly recommended, and I’d be happy to stay here again.

AAliya0302It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.

首先説服務，淡季入住，服務人員並不多，但是能感覺到從管家大山到餐廳、温泉、前台所有服務人員的熱情專業。前台服務人員一人身兼多職，幫我們泡茶、開車送我們去房間等。全程顯示出專業的培訓水準。
雖然是一家開業二十年的酒店了，但是處處不覺得老舊，酒店處處是風景、温泉也很不錯。房間的院子美到窒息。
驚喜的是餐廳的出品很好吃，雲南菜系做的很棒。
下次還會再來的。
酒店還贈送了免費的商務車機場接送機服務和消費券在酒店用餐或者spa使用。很不錯。

PPengguna TetamuWanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

Well-appointed rooms and higher floors offer nice views of the lake and hills with Kunming city in the background, as well as the amusement park next door. Good breakfast selection including Western options. Even though not all the hot springs were open mid-week, there were still enough options to get some privacy. Not much of interest around the hotel apartment from the hot springs and amusement park but that was fine for us.
