Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Taman Yu dan Taman Daguan, hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki jauhnya. Saya tertarik dengan terapi mangkuk nyanyian sebelum saya pergi! Dan ia benar-benar menakjubkan! Sesi yoga pagi benar-benar memberi tenaga kepada seluruh badan saya, membuatkan saya berasa penuh tenaga sepanjang hari. We had a short stay at Grand Hyatt Kunming and during this stay the hotel had excellent facilities, great in room dining and I would particularly like to highlight our guest relations officer Bianca who went above and beyond to explain everything to us and even stayed connected to us via WeChat throughout the day to clarify any questions we had and also checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our room. It’s a first class treatment from a first class hotel.

雲貴之行第二站 昆明 雖然是個中轉站 但是酒店為了能住的舒服 也是精挑細選的 昆明華悦大酒店在眾多酒店脱穎而出 距離昆明南站不遠 酒店會派車接站 在車站六號匯合點等 會舉牌子很明顯 酒店工作人員很熱情 給我們升級了行政雙床套房 酒店的自助早餐也不錯 有現煮的米線 麪包甜點牛奶咖啡一應俱全 我最看重的是衞生和房間隔音 太讓我滿意了 床品睡的很舒服 枕頭也不錯 房間非常安靜 讓旅途中的人完全休息好 這一點太滿意了 酒店也有自己的餐廳 而且距離地鐵聯大站步行3分鐘 去雙橋夜市很方便 還有一箇中通世紀商場 吃飯什麼的也方便 打車去滇池30分鐘路程也可以接受 就是想去觀篆農貿會遠一點 開車1個小時左右 因為是中轉 所以也沒安排很緊張 下次再來昆明還會選擇這裏 另外 前台小哥哥楊洋服務特別熱情 介紹周圍餐飲遊玩 非常貼心

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The pool and the hot spring area were fantastic – perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. One of the highlights for me was definitely the garden: it is huge, beautifully green, and incredibly peaceful. It’s the perfect place to slow down and truly relax. The food was also excellent, with a great variety and very high quality. What stood out the most, however, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful – whether it was housekeeping, the restaurant team, the lounge staff, or the reception. The hotel is also very foreigner-friendly, and communication in English was smooth and easy at all times. I would especially like to highlight the receptionist Kaia, who took care of us throughout our entire stay. She was always available via WeChat, answered all our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you for such a great experience – we definitely want to come back

The stay experience was extremely satisfying! The hotel’s location is peaceful and pleasant, far removed from the hustle and bustle. Parking is exceptionally convenient, with ample spaces available. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and well-lit, making them very comfortable to stay in. They are perfect for families. The prices during the off-season are truly excellent value for money. Special mention must be made of Tara, the front desk attendant, who provided warm and attentive service. The breakfast was also very generous, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and Western-style options, ensuring that both adults and children could enjoy their meals. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we will choose this place again in the future.

Hello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

連住三晚，整體體驗非常滿意，也是這次雲南之行印象最深的一家酒店。獨立庭院和私湯很有度假感，環境安靜，非常適合放鬆休息。早餐品質很高，除了常規餐食，還有現煎牛排、鮮蝦等現做菜品，每天都有期待。 服務更是加分項。早餐由管家開車送到山頂餐廳，入住期間有任何需求都能及時響應，整個過程都讓人感覺很舒服，沒有過度打擾，但需要幫助時總能第一時間解決。離店時還貼心送了一份茶葉作為伴手禮，很有儀式感。 如果是想找一家真正適合度假、放鬆身心的酒店，我認為非常值得體驗，以後有機會還會再來。

Nice place to get away from the city for a couple of days without having to travel too far. Well-appointed rooms and higher floors offer nice views of the lake and hills with Kunming city in the background, as well as the amusement park next door. Good breakfast selection including Western options. Even though not all the hot springs were open mid-week, there were still enough options to get some privacy. Not much of interest around the hotel apartment from the hot springs and amusement park but that was fine for us.

We recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and had quite a mixed experience – some parts were truly lovely, while others left us a bit disappointed. First of all, the villa itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. The natural hot spring water was one of the highlights of our stay — such a relaxing and unique experience. The surrounding territory is also well-maintained and very peaceful, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature. However, it’s important to note that the location is quite remote — it took us around an hour to get to places where we could eat or enjoy a cup of coffee. This is understandable considering the mountain setting and access to hot springs. The afternoon tea was decent, and although lunch wasn’t included in our stay, we tried the local mixian noodles and they were absolutely delicious! Must try! Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing, especially for guests like us who don’t eat pork or pork oil - there were very few options. A few maintenance and cleanliness issues also affected our stay. The outdoor pool was not super clean, some insects were swimming there. While we really loved the hot spring bathtub in the villa, the facilities could use a bit more upkeep. The toilet setup was quite basic — a minimum upgrade like a bidet spray or shower toilet would make a big difference, especially for international or Muslim guests. A more distressing part of our stay was that we found dead insects under the blanket in our bed after returning to our room one evening 🥲 I do appreciate the staff’s polite and kind response – they offered tea and explained it may have fallen from the ceiling – but for someone with a strong phobia of insects, this made it difficult to sleep and really affected my comfort. I do believe this is something that should be taken more seriously, especially in a hotel of this level. Despite these issues, the staff was very polite, cute and extremely helpful & friendly, and I can see the potential for a truly magical experience here with just a few improvements. I really wanted to love everything — and part of me did — but I was also happy to go back home, just to feel more comfortable and relaxed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Manshuiju Three-Bedroom Villa in Kunming and highly recommend it to all travelers! Surrounded by a tranquil traditional Chinese garden, the villa boasts elegant architecture and lush greenery throughout. The environment is peaceful with great privacy, creating a perfect retreat for relaxation. The three-bedroom unit is incredibly spacious with a practical layout, and every bedroom comes with an independent bathroom. All fixtures and amenities are premium and well-kept, offering top-tier comfort for the whole group. What impressed us most was the thoughtful touches. A complimentary bottle of red wine was delivered directly to our room, adding a nice touch to our stay. They also specially prepared children’s toiletries, which was really considerate for families with kids. The courtyard features a private outdoor hot spring pool filled with natural spring water. Soaking in the warm water was extremely relaxing and helped us unwind completely after sightseeing. The dedicated butler service was attentive and responsive, taking good care of every detail. Besides, the location is handy for exploring local attractions. This villa is an excellent pick for family vacations and group gatherings. We loved every moment here and will definitely book again on our next trip to Kunming!
