Ulasan Spring City Star Hotel (Kunming Cuihu Yunda hospital store)

The hotel is located directly across the street from Yunnan University Hospital, just a two to three-minute walk away. It's also very close to the Yunnan Military Academy and Cuihu Park, about a ten-minute walk. The front desk staff are quite enthusiastic and always answer any questions with great warmth. The rooms are equipped with direct drinking water, and they are kept very clean. There's also a buffet dinner available on the 5th floor. Rooms facing the street have excellent natural light and offer nice views. Overall, it was a great stay!

## Facilities: The hotel was newly renovated in May '25, so all the facilities and equipment are brand new. The rooms are also fresh and comfortable. ## Cleanliness: This feels like one of the cleanest hotels near Yunnan University Hospital. I didn't find any hair or trash, which shows how much effort the housekeeping staff puts in. ## Environment: It's right near Daguan Food Street and just a two- or three-minute walk from Yunnan University Hospital – very close. You can also walk to Green Lake and the Yunnan Military Academy. No need to worry about food, drinks, or entertainment. ## Service: I have to give a big shout-out to the hotel's front desk service. As soon as I walked in, they greeted me with a smile. They're always so enthusiastic when welcoming every guest and even recommend different places for different types of families. They're truly very thoughtful.

Service: Excellent, the front desk staff was very polite. Hygiene: Spotless. Environment: Great, close to the subway station with a nice street view. Facilities: Very comprehensive, has everything you could need. They also offer a complimentary buffet. I checked in at night and it was a very smooth experience.

We stayed at this hotel from 23-24 Nov. there’s no tv in the room but a projector mounted on the wall. The projector doesn’t work and we can’t watch any tv programmes or movies. We called the front desk for help. They checked but just apologized that they can’t fix the problem. The other hotel guests smoke in the lobby, lifts, in the room and along the corridor near the lifts. Twice when we walked to the lift from our room, we saw other guests smoking near the lift. My room is supposed to be non smoking. But bcos the other guests smoke along the corridor or maybe when in their room, when we opened our room door, our room was filled with cigarette smoke. We complained to the staff. They could only use air freshener. We are extremely disappointed with our stay. The hotel condition is also average. Hotel just reeked of cigarette smoke all the time. Very bad experience.

The room is clean and sanitary, the hotel food is good, and it is close to Yunda Hospital.

The room is very clean. The staff provide excellent service. The location is in the center of Kunming city, making it convenient to travel to tourist attractions. Breakfast is provided for 2 guests per room, buffet style.

We enjoyed our stay at Spring City Hotel Kunming Cuihu Yunda hospital store. The staff looked after us very well in spite of us having no Chinese and they very little English. Thank goodness for translator apps. Staff provided us with s power strip as our chargers didn’t fit the wall plugs. After that everything was great. We didn’t eat there as the street market is so nearby, also a large Walmart for any groceries/snacks/drinks needed. There is also a corner store next door with very fair prices. There is a park across the street, and the hospital diagonally across. The location is superb, and easy to get to other parts of Kunming, either by walking or Didi. (With Didi being so convenient and affordable we didn’t try the public transport but there are many buses right outside if that is your preference) we would stay here again.

e stayed there for four nights. The hotel has been recently renovated. The rooms and lobby are tastefully decorated and there is a nice common tea room and balcony on the first floor. Most importantly, our rooms were sparkling clean with a good smell, from the cleanliness itself. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is managed very well. The room price of 269RMB included breakfast, which was decent, and dinner, which we never took because we were far from the hotel. The hotel also has a restaurant, which is open for lunch. We ate there once on the first day. The food was very good and reasonably priced for the quality.

Nice hotel near the Green lake park. Good rooms, good breakfast.

Very good price, location near the coolest farmer's market and night market. Amenities are basic, but many! Appreciated the study area for doing remote work

Great Location - Hotel walking distance from MRT: Panjiawan Station exit: A (A exit without lift & escalator); you may go to exit: B if you caring huge luggage; Besides the hotel is Da Guan night market, which a lot of local food and the Morning market also walking distance from the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful; and very happy that when i'm booked this hotel it's was not included breakfast however due to we stayed at here 4 night they are offer free buffet breakfast. Definitely will stay here again. recommend

The nearest metro Pan Jia Wan is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We couldn’t find an elevator to the street A exit at the metro and had to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Upon reaching, check in was easy and we got a complementary breakfast. Thanks for that. Note that there’s no area for car rides to stop at the hotel. You’ll need to be quick and get in or out the main road right out front of the entrance. The room we had had a half frosted glass in the bath and the toilet is visible at an angle. The bathroom door is glass and naughty one can peek inside.

We went there to take care of our family who was under treatment in the hospital across the road. Its location is so convenient for us to go to the hospital and other services such as restaurants and supermarkets, for example, Walmart. Rooms are clean. Services are excellent. For some rooms rates, the buffet breakfast and dinner are included. Room keepers are very good, such as the girl for level 5.
