Hotel dengan WiFi di Kunming

Hotel is close to airport. Airport transfer was easy and convenient. Room smelled like cigarettes. Women at front desk are not helpful and lazy. Asked for assistance with finding somewhere to get a Covid test and was told “every hospital in the city is closed, it’s impossible” this was at 4pm. Found .20, different hospitals that offer 24 hour covid tests after getting a Chinese friend to help. Staff at hotel would not search or assist us in anyway with this issue even though we cannot speak Chinese. Sent me to a room that had not yet been cleaned, had to go back to front desk to get a new room. No English speakers at the hotel. Would not stay here again.

酒店環境很好。房間也很乾凈衞生。前台小姐姐很熱情，出門吃飯很方便，有很多好吃的，因為不熟悉前台小姐姐還很熱心的給我們推薦吃的、玩的，有當地特色菜，還有小吃街。很熱鬧。喜歡吃喝玩樂的推薦住這裏。

很舒服很商務的房間，每天都會有人送早餐券，但是我入住的最後一晚樓道有幾個家庭的小孩一直在樓道里麪吵 酒店房也沒有人出來制止，這個讓我很失望

To be honest with you the room that I was booked is not good for a business person, it's a game room and does not even have a TV. but the reception morning shift staff is one of excellent, very patient, very helpful with professional. her name is Ms Zhang Fang Ying. One of the excellent staff, help me to sort out my trouble, very calm and very professional. this staff safe this hotel's reputation, but most staff are a bit ignorant. only one staff in the evening shift with Glass waring Satff a bit helpful.

酒店入住體驗很滿意，前台服務態度都很熱情，房間作為連鎖品牌是放心的，附近就是魅力之城的夜市街，晚上很熱鬧，旁邊地鐵站口出行也很方便，4號線可以直接到昆明南站高鐵站，早餐種類還算豐富，味道也不錯，維也納算一個出行旅遊的可選品牌!

第一次住威爾登國際酒店，體驗感非常好，酒店裝飾恢宏大氣，衞生條件很好，前廳有舒適的休息區，多種健身器材及桌球桌，住店有免費的温泉泡澡，緩解了身體勞累。 酒店服務態度極好，有求必應，房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床鋪舒適感特別好，晚上休息特別舒服很安靜，住店還提供免費早點，以我住店體驗來看早點種類豐富多樣，很新鮮，味道極好，我很喜歡，要出去遊玩附近就有公交和地鐵，出行很方便，附近還有購物商城，吃飯購物都很方便。過來昆明遊玩，第一次住店體驗感真的不錯，下次還住這酒店。

The location was convenient, only 5 minutes walk from Dahegeng Metro Station Exit D. In between there was a big modern shopping mall. The service was superb, everyone in the front desk as well as the cleaning staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many varieties.

Very nice small, quiet, modern, clean and airy hotel built with in a traditional Chinese style. Room spacious, fully functional, and for our room a very nice balcony to relax and take in the sounds and smells of the numerous busy small shops in the side street and hotel main entrance below (Yukesi Jie Street -photo). Unfortunately the rooms do not provide a small fridge. Very nice staff. A limited Chinese breakfast is provided in the dining room. Location is a short(500m) walk from Tangzixiang metro station on the ”red/blue” line(photo), exit H with lift/escalator to Jinbi Rd.

酒店的位置還可以在萬象城附近。酒店就在路邊，比較好找。酒店的1樓大廳很大。這個酒店有好幾層，幾十間房間。就是隔音太差。與隔壁房間也就隔着一個櫥櫃的木板和鏡子。隔壁房間燒水的聲音聽得非常清楚，隔壁房間開櫃子門的聲音也聽得非常清楚，隔壁房間説話的聲音也聽得非常清楚。樓上和隔壁洗澡的聲音也聽得非常清楚，嘩嘩的水聲。走廊裏説話的是聲音也聽得非常清楚，走廊裏走路的聲音，拉行李箱的聲音，也聽得非常清楚。大年三十的晚上，給前台打了好幾次電話，也沒人接。第2天問前台的人，前台的人説放假了。大年初一沒有人打掃衞生，前台要給我換房間，我也沒有換。我住了那麼多的酒店，第1次遇到這樣的情況，大年三十晚上前台沒人，酒店沒有一個工作人員，也沒有保安，大年初一沒有清潔人員。這也不是一個小酒店，也算是比較大的一個酒店，怎麼可能會出現這樣的情況？在這個酒店住了十幾天，自始至終也沒有看到酒店的經理是誰，除了前台的一個工作人員以外，就是打掃衞生的人。

位置比較偏，但離野生動物園、世博園比較近，房間比較乾淨，酒店工作人員態度很好，早餐品種繁多，但是接待的團太多，早餐餐廳有點兒亂。酒店大堂旁邊就有星巴克，餐廳的菌湯火鍋和過橋米線都很贊喲
