衞生：衞生做的十分細緻，特意掀開被子看了一下 床單被套都很乾凈，洗臉池那些也都很乾凈 環境：離馬路不遠大概200米左右 能清楚的看到葯王山 離布達拉宮也不遠，感覺交通十分便利 服務：客房和前台的服務也很滿意 ，到酒店給我敬哈達，客房裡需要的東西都給我配備齊了，而且還有暖心粥，味道也很不錯！ 設施：設施也很齊全，空調也有，電視機的屏幕也很適合 總體評價：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

設施：設施齊全，有彌散式供氧，加濕器，戴森吹風機等，礦泉水供應充足。 衞生：衞生條件可以 環境：大堂環境很高大上，餐廳觀景位也好棒 服務：服務特別贊。入住送了伴手禮和哈達，據説是扎什倫布寺開過光的，前台人員非常熱情，給升級了房型。早餐也不錯，比較豐富。 扎什倫布寺接送:接送的司機小哥人很好，熱情樸實貼心，路上還給我們介紹了一下日喀則特色的地標式建築。 火車站接送禮遇:坐火車過來預約了接送站服務，司機小哥很熱情，駕駛平穩，下了車就有種賓至如歸的感覺。 特色飲品:我訂的訂單含了下午茶和套餐，要去八樓餐廳就餐，很好吃，口味特別贊👍就是忘記拍照了，吃的很飽，一掃舟車懶惰的疲倦。 總結下來本次入住體驗還是很好的，性價比超高。

This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

The hotel was so clean and tidy. Everything fits the description they have online. The staff there was very helpful and explained everything clearly and politely. There were humidifier and oxygen provided, with a lot of bottled water, which helped a lot to anyone who doesn't live in high altitude. They provided laundry service yet we didn't use it, we used some other services, i.e. toilet cleaning and luggage storage, everyone was helpful and professional in the hotel.

酒店很乾凈很敞亮，設施也很不錯，前台裝修很藏式，有很多本地人入住，例如僧侶入住。早餐是目前遇到的最豐盛的酒店，中式和藏式選擇都有。最關鍵的是寵物友好！酒店會提供洗衣服務，不過電話問了説超過兩件會單獨收費，可以在前台那裡看價目表。

古蹟酒店是這次我們前往西藏拉薩度假最滿意的酒店，環境充滿着濃郁的藏族風情，讓我們充分體驗到藏式民居的魅力，同時房間從裝修風格到用品又十分現代，符合我們目前的生活要求。最令我們難忘的是大廳旁的酒吧，平時在家的時候，不能帶寶寶感受酒吧的氛圍，但是這次旅行在古蹟，我們父母可以喝着酒，同時陪孩子🧒🏻，也讓她明白喝酒不衹是為了應酬，還可以愉悦自己，這次最棒的，我們和孩子都非常想念那個安靜的夜晚，調酒師也是非常nice，和我們聊了好多酒的話題，難忘的夜晚🎑。酒店人員服務也是非常好的，都是藏族朋友，但是都很熱情，服務也是很周到，特別是次塔和拉珍，還有一樓早餐時打掃衞生的藏族大哥，邊工作邊唸誦佛經，真是讓人難忘！酒店裡麪還有幾衹可愛性格不同的貓咪🐱，深得我愛人和寶貝的喜愛🤩！感恩遇到這麼好的酒店人，讓我們對拉薩又增添了幾分想念，下次去拉薩，還會再次入住，補充一下，特別喜歡酒店的紅色拖鞋，有品位🎉！還有酒店位置也是特別棒，走路就可以到達八廓街、大昭寺、小昭寺、八廓商城，出門打車也是很方便啊！門口也有很多藏餐廳，往八廓街去的方向，還有好喝的藏式氂牛酸奶和氂牛烤肉店！

Excellent service, we are very happy with the hospitality that was offered to us at the hotel. Everything from cleanliness to service to going the extra mile with free floor of mineral bottle, turn down service with fruits and yoghurt etc. Not forgetting the excellent view of the Potala Palace from our rooms as well from the breakfast table truly made our stay a very memorable one.

在條件不太好的地方居然可以住上環境那麼好的酒店是非常棒的事情了，酒店的員工都非常熱情，小哥哥會幫我們把行李送上去二樓。早上還安排了外帶的早餐，跟我們一團的小情侶本來安排了住宿，但條件太差了，也自費住我們這間了，真的確實不錯的。 設施：完善 衞生：乾淨 環境：優雅永不過時 服務：很好
