Penginapan IU di Kunming

The room space is ample for a short trip. However there was unpleasant smoke smell. Not noisy.

Had a very pleasant stay at IU. It is located within a complex that houses an umbrella of accommodation options on different floors. At $17 USD for my stay, it makes even SEA accommodation prices look excessive. I arrived at the airport pretty late into the night and just wanted a place to shower and rest before moving to a hotel closer to the city. The room was rather new and generally clean (some small hairs, which I am generally unfazed by and even expect it at this price). The front staff offered me a free breakfast voucher and the other staff from the workers serving breakfast to the housekeeping crew were all very kind. They also offer free drop off and pickup although I do not use it. Checkout was very efficient and fast. There is a great Puer style restaurant up the road with unique offerings that’s also worth a try. (Please excuse the photo quality, I had to take a screenshot from a video I had take since I was mostly resting and didn’t take any photos).

The room is so clean and the reception are really kind, the price is really cheap and worth for money and also there are many shop and convenience store in the same area
