The quality of the floors, finishings, bathroom, excellent. The gym is really nice and the swimming pool is beautiful. The staff members are really friendly and very helpful! My family wanted to take photos with the receiving host at the door who always insisted on opening doors for them and packing their luggage. A very pleasant experience and welcome to china for them. Relaxation at its finest！ We enjoyed our stay at this Hot Spring hotel that came with wonderful benefits. Upon arrival, the staff is there to greet you and take your luggage to the room. The hotel is massive. Hot Springs is very large and comfortable. Lots of places for children to play and pools for them to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Give this a four star on amenities as they did not have a crib suitable for toddlers. younger babies, yes, but not if your baby is climbing or walking, the crib will not fit. The location is good and not far from a lot of the sites of Kunming ! Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it to all travelers.

Though its in the centre of the city, nothing really exciting surrounding the hotel. Need to call taxi to go anywhere. The hotel is well built, with nice style with classic french way. The lobby is big but a bit dark. The room is good size and the best part is the bathroom. It's huge with a very nice tub. It's same as most of the hotels in China, aircon can only tune to 23degree celcisus. Though window can open to get some cool fresh air in, the blanket is still too warm for the weather. Breakfast is on the top notch, even for international standard.

A very nice hotel with friendly service in a good location. It is between two stations on two different lines of the subway with an easy walk about 10-15 minutes either way. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk or a short cab ride. The hotel buffet breakfast had a lot of choices with both Chinese and western dishes and very good service. The room was very large and clean and comfortable. Tv had English news channel and the Wi-Fi worked well although I seemed to only be able to log in one device using the same phone number to get a code. The front desk staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

這次出來出差，在市中心發現一個非常不錯的四星酒店，可以説是四星級酒店中的天花板，底藴深厚，衞生做的非常乾淨，看得出來酒店保養也花費不小，各種配備都比較齊全，早餐種類非常豐富，質量也沒得説，酒店價格也比較合理！地理位置就不用説了，就在昆明最繁華地段南屏步行街，出門300米即是地鐵，下次過來還會繼續入住！

My second time staying in this wonderful hotel. The hotel still remains the best in the city. The hotel comes with a lot of stuff, including all the toiletries, and it is equipped with many different types of drinks. I also enjoyed the view of the hotel. It’s amazing. Downstairs there is a mall with every single type of restaurant that you can find including a Starbucks. The breakfast is also very delicious. It’s a mixture of western and Asian foods. Thank you so much for the stay.

Lovely hotel very well located, spacious and clean room full of amenities (fresh fruit refill, good quality shampoo and conditioner), rooms are designed in early 20th century style. The green lake park is 100m away from the hotel. Highly recommended!

房間有空調，電梯內沒有空調，我們又住在高層，電梯內時間很長，滿電梯的人很是悶熱。從來沒有在酒店內還一會兒熱一會冷的，很是不適。房間設施簡單，床品不錯，床墊也很舒適。行政餐廳乾淨、安靜，但吃的東西不多。早餐廳人很多，無人領座。亂哄哄的，讓人不知所措，問了在收拾臟盤的人員，聽不懂她的回覆（不是普通話）。更令人咂舌的是吃着吃着，看見許多穿制服的工作人員進來吃早飯了，第一次看見工作人員可以在客人用餐時間和客人一起端盤拿餐的。是我看錯了嗎？如果是喜來登酒店的工作人員，那喜來登酒店不是國際連鎖的？另外，讓我詫異的還有一件事，出租車到達酒店門口，沒人幫我們拿行李，衹見有兩個人站着聊天，高個的還看了我們一眼，由我們自己拉行李進去大堂。我一時沒反應過來，覺得昆明的喜來登酒店怎麼這麼低端，連個門僮都沒有。後來我們辦理完入住，這個高個的才過來問要不要幫助搬行李。這個感覺很差。

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff, Tiki, was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, with a stunning view. The bed was comfortable and clean. I dined at the hotel restaurant, and the food was ok. All the staffs here were very friendly and polite. One of the things to take note is the hotel’s location. It is a distance away from downtown but no worries, booking a ride is easy. We stayed here as we are awaiting for other family to arrive. Tiki has provided us excellent recommendations for local dining and activities, which added to the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations made my first trip to China an unforgettable stay. Thank you Tiki. Thank you all the staffs at this hotel.

很多年沒住過民宿了，一家人帶着孩子住民宿是最好的選擇，豆奶家位置超級優越，旁邊大型商場超市，離海埂公園，1903都炒雞近，地下停車場也很方便，家裡整體很乾凈，極米投屏也很好用，準備的東西都超級齊全，豆奶很熱情，介紹了很多好吃的，謝謝推薦，總之很好👍，強推！

I loved my stay at Hualuxe. I was able to talk to them through wechat before coming to confirm Covid-19 testing policies. The service was great, he hotel was clean, and the grounds are beautiful! The staff was very helpful and assisted me in booking a car to visit the Stone Forest. The location is far from the city. I loved being close to the lake and walked there a few times. Overall, it was a great stay!

房間通風很好而且非常安靜，大床軟硬適中工作人員也很熱情周到。我最滿意是他們家不管是桑拿還是客房都很乾凈，休息室毛巾都是一客一換的。餐品種類很多。我超喜歡吃他家的臭豆腐小鍋米線和鴨血粉絲湯，感覺比外面賣的好吃，不得不説她家桑拿24小時有東西吃真不是蓋的，半夜三點到餐廳都還有人在吃米線啥的。
