Ulasan Setsu Niseko

Everything was good, except the breakfast choices were not as much to chose from, It did not worth the long queue for our family in the early morning. Other than that, everything was great, service was excellent. I left my luggage at the lobby while I checked out, they managed to send me the luggage back to Sapporo the next day. It was greatly appreciated.

After learning that we were on a trip to celebrate our engagement, the hotel was very kind in providing some extra snacks to liven up the mood. Staff were very fluent in English and able to clearly explain guidelines on the use of the hotel's onsen and give a succint and easy to understand introduction on the hotel directory and services available upon check in. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Excellent Hotel with great choices of food, services and amenities, also summer in Niseko is very relaxed and pleasant.

Very nice hotel but expensive given the overall experience. Toilet was cold and heating wasn't working too well.

It is a great hotel and the staffs are all so helpful and friendly. My 1st time staying here and totally love it. Breakfast are really great!! Hotel provide free private pickup & drop off service. It’s so convenient to shop & eating around as well. Rrecommend this hotel to anyone who plan to come and visit Niseko!

Love this hotel from the moment I stepped in, gorgeous ambience, great service at reception! Room is expensive for one person stay but worth every penny. Regardless how long your stay is, one room entitled to one time free usage of private onsen (after that is charged) for 45mins. There is free public onsen beside it. Yoga classes are available for sign up for fee. Ski shop Rhythm and Afuri ramen looks great but I didn’t get a chance to visit. Ski storage available but not practical esp for those who rent, as you need to carry the heavy equipment back and forth from ski base to hotel (10min up-downhill walk or take free shuttle). Apt style hotel is well equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, washing machine-dryer, dishwashing machine. Breakfast is great! Toilet and room is spacious and bed is good. I would return!!! Best recommended for families esp those with mix interest besides ski/snowboard. Near to street side restaurants, Lawson is across.

簡直太讚了！坐在大堂或享用早餐，羊蹄山就在窗外。酒店出售和出租滑雪用品齊全，工作人員熱心專業，整個酒店動線/流程真的設計完美便捷，一天多趟專車來迴雪場和酒店接送住客。設在酒店的阿夫利麪館，每天排長隊，但住客可以選擇去吃早餐✌酒店周邊有便利店酒吧餐廳，很方便。絕佳的住宿體驗👍
