The view is amazing, the hotel is very well situated. Customer service is sub par if not hostile. Friends, if you hate working here don't effing work here! They really need to train the staff on service, if they take the call buttons away then good luck getting the wait staff's attention. They will actively ignore you unless you walk over to them, then you wait for hours for food that used to be amazing when they first opened but now would shame any good Georgian. We used to come here years ago when they first opened and everyone was friendly and it felt like a family. Now... yikes. Overall, clean (but make sure you pick the newer building cause the rest don't have safes). Pool is nice but starting to get into disrepair with the floor tiles coming off, I've never seen the pool bar actively working. Restaurant and building itself nice. Biggest complaint is service. Please spend the money to hire decent ppl, pay them better and train them! Also, a French press is for coffee not loose leaf tea. You guys can do way better.
