Hotel ini terletak berhampiran Stesen Kyoto, dan terdapat juga bas ulang-alik ke hotel, yang sangat mudah. Kali ini ia adalah beberapa kupon pra-jualan untuk hotel di siaran langsung Trip.com. Ia hanya akan menggunakannya secara langsung dengan beberapa rakan untuk pergi ke Kyoto. Anda boleh memilih masa kegemaran anda untuk tinggal, ia adalah sangat mudah. Tempah bilik standard twin di tingkat biasa, dinaik taraf kepada bilik twin di tingkat terpilih. Bilik ini sangat besar, walaupun ia adalah hotel lama, kemudahan dan hiasan di dalam bilik itu menyegarkan. Perkhidmatan ini juga sangat selesa di tempat. Sudah tentu, perkara yang paling penting ialah pengalaman itu sangat baik, dengan daftar keluar lewat, serta kolam renang dalaman dan gim. Kolam renang dalaman agak dikesalkan kerana wabak, tetapi pengalamannya juga sangat baik, terutamanya sarapan pagi, walaupun semasa wabak, tetapi ada sarapan bufet. Boleh kata sangat memuaskan. Sarapan pagi adalah selaras dengan standard hotel lima bintang dan juga mempunyai hidangan istimewa dan ***a hotel lama, sangat disyorkan. Adalah penting untuk dapat menginap di hotel ini pada harga ini dan mempunyai banyak perkhidmatan nilai tambah. Mungkin hanya dialami semasa wabak. Rehat, keselesaan dan kemesraan adalah pengalaman yang diperoleh hotel ini. Dalam pengertian ini, mungkin semangat yang Kyoto bawa ke hotel ini, dan kami telah memperoleh pengalaman yang dimiliki oleh Kyoto dari hotel ini.

This was my third visit to Kyoto, but first time staying in the Dusit Thani. It was a fantastic property with beautiful interior design, service, and location. The breakfasts offered a nice variety of flavors with good portions, and the bar had some very interesting cocktails. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Sangat senang kerana dihubungkan terus ke stesen! Dan ada rasa berkualiti dan bersih. Saya berpuas hati dengan harga ini. Ini kerana pengawasan saya, tetapi ketika saya memilih bilik, ada tanda kecil di kiri atas, saya tidak menyedarinya, jadi saya membuat tempahan untuk harga termurah dengan sarapan. Kemudian, semasa mendaftar masuk, saya tergesa-gesa ketika ditanya, ”Saya membawanya di bilik merokok. Tidak apa-apa?” Saya tidak boleh tidur di tempat tidur yang berbau tembakau. Lovely house in central Kyoto, easy and convenient to get around to other parts of the city by bus or train. Very clean and atmospheric, floor heating, ACs, water temperature control. Mind you this is a traditional house so taller people beware, you are going to have to practice some ducking. The nearby environment was very lovely and quiet with some caffès, food places and shops all within 10-20 mins walking distance. Definitely recommend this place and other properties under the same name if you prefer this kind of stay to a traditional hotel.

The terrible check-in service provided by the two front desk staff totally ruined my mood to enjoy in this hotel, despite the man who look like the manager apologized when I checked out. I don’t think I will book this hotel again. We booked two rooms, they managed to give us rooms on the same floor but they mixed up with our keys. The staff at the front desk checked for a few times but still the keys were wrong. When we check out, the receipt was wrong too. We booked a triple room for 3 adults but they only let us have two key cards and didn’t want to provide more even we requested. For those who has young toddler, kindly note there is no bed guard available in twin bed room due to the thick mattress. I was also told that baby cot is only provided for baby between 0-2 and it is “illegal” to be provided for my son who is just 2 and 1m owing to their hotel or whatever policy. I was so disappointed that this five-star hotel couldn’t provide me a way to resolve the issue which I have never experienced in other hotels. Their baby cot is 120x70cm which is the same size as the one in my home. The staff even asked if my son would only “sleep” in it as if he would demolish the cot. At the end I was offered to use the baby cot but they didn’t put it in my room until I asked for it when i returned at night. The hotel could have put more emphasis on details if it is a family-welcoming hotel. We received the welcome pack for kids in the room. Baby stroller was also available at the front desk. Apart from that, kids tableware was nice although not provided at the beginning when we arrived at the restaurant. Anyhow, the hotel has a great location. The food at breakfast was delicious. The hardware in the room was new and clean. The bed and duvet were comfortable. The facilities inside the room can be controlled using an iPad and it was interesting to see a robot delivering room service. The art work at the lobby also caught my sons’ attention to stay.

Hotel is less than 10 mins walk from Kyoto station. Need to perform self check-in and check-out but no issues on that. Room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Total we stayed 6 nights at a very good rates.

Early check in 😊 and everything were in orderly manner.. Booked two rooms and the room space by far was the best … Location was pretty central and had to walk around 15mins from Kyoto Station … breakfast was great too .. a wide selection of food and drinks … is the best hotel we stayed in Japan .. recommended!

Room is good for Japan standard. More spacious for 2 pax with coffee table and chairs. 3 pax room is a squueze & left little room for us to open all the luggages. Bathroom is excellent separate bath & restroom. I thought the room cleaning is only 2x a week but glad that it's done daily. Note they give you the amenities during the check in but it's a lot! They even gave nice moisturising face mask. A nice indoor garden running through the lobby and restaurant makes for calm oasis. Amazing breakfast where they even served sake & sochu with selection of cute tea tins. I am surprised at how wide the selection is with sushi, sashimi, western, japanese and even stew/ cooked food. I dont know how they can manage to squeeze so much for breakfast :) Better to book the room inclusive of breakfast otherwise you have to pay Yen 2700 onsite. In anycase still worth the price compared to SG. They serve great afternoon tea Japanese dessert platter (free of charge) and night alcohol drinks too. Reminder to be there on time or 30mins before close of service. It is not very near to the Kyoto station but good 5 mins walk. Not many taxi drivier know the area so recommended to take the hotel namecard to show. There are other hotels opposite or near to station but this hotel won my heart with it's earnest service and additional touches. This is among the mid range hotels of my trip but the value they gave is much more in comparison. Beside the hotel there are several excellent restaurants & izakayas. I had excellent dinner at Quatro italian bistro for amazing al dente pasta and I was surprised to learn there's a great rated sushi Tomisen behind the hotel. Must reserve in advance. For families can walk 15mins to Aquarium for great afternoon. My daugther lost her mobile phone on long distance bus from Takayama to Kyoto. The reception helped to call and arrangement with the bus station to retrieve and sending via Ta-q-Bin. I am just amazed at the honesty, service with pride culture and excellent Japan system!! Kudos to the people and lovely Kyoto.

This hotel with Japanese-style rooms has a heap going for it: - location, just 5 minutes walk from the main train station - helpful, English speaking staff who gave us many tips on where to go and how to get around on public transport as well as cabs - cafe and gift shop - and, best of all, the thermal springs - some rooms apparently have their own springs. I visited the springs in the evening and morning and both times were relatively busy but the baths/ sauna were still peaceful and calm. And there are plenty of services - hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash available. Word of warning - the male/female baths swap morning and evening so take note of the signage!

Gorgeous and sleek hotel all in black, beautiful communal lounge and state of the art kitchen ( and laundry) Unique and stunning lobby with relaxing library and couches - you can make a tea in the kitchen and take it to the library. A huge art book in reception to ponder, an inclusive environment for guests. Not far from the station, staff are great, rooms a little small but beds are very comfortable. The only disappointment was that the bar only serves gin, some whiskey and some beer. So if you want wine or vodka ( or anything else) you have to go elsewhere. This was a shame as we really wanted to enjoy the ambience.

經濟型酒店，房間不大但設施齊全，衞生還行，我住的幾晚都比較安靜；早餐極簡但免費。京都站出口（京都塔）過馬路左轉一直走（鹽小路），酒店在過街橋下。推薦理由：離京都站近，價格便宜，早餐免費，窗户可以打開通風。衞生間設備舊，勝在上下水通暢。這價格沒有什麼可挑剔的。

Fantastic hotel! Great location- close to the train station and Kyoto towers. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room size is decent. We had 3 in our party, so 2 rooms. One with twin beds was actually double beds. They have a basket that you can take bath salts, cleaning cream, lotions. Also have special pillows you can choose from. I like using my tempurdic and they had it! They also have a nice robe with buttons I used as my PJs! Stayed 4 nights and would definitely recommend. Didn’t do the breakfast option so can’t say if that was good or not. Room had coffee and green tea. Close to Lawson’s

Albergo Ryokan diffuso, necessario il check in in un altro posto, un albergo a 5 minuti di taxi che pagano loro. Molto bello stanze enormi e letti e futon comodissimi. Il grande problema può essere la posizione, ma è un problema di Kyoto che ha uno scarso sistema di metropolitana !

Este hotel está genial! Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero tratándose de Japón es normal. El onsen super bonito y cuidado. La ubicación genial. El barrio también. El staff muy amable. Hay 3 lavadoras que pueden usar los huéspedes. Smoking area que la familia agradeció, ya que, llevábamos a 4 fumadores. Máquina de cambio para billetes grandes y monedas. Lo recomiendo.

入住兩天總體感覺較好，中文客服讓交流變得較為流暢。由於入住時間較晚，前台給予了很好的支持，允許第二天再辦理手續。還特地等到很晚，並開車送我們回住處。很感謝！ 地理位置：離京都站不遠 步行十分鐘左右即可到達 但是拉着箱子下着雨 可能就會比較糾結 另外前台離住處也有七八分鐘距離 和京都站是一個三角的地理位置。 周邊環境：因為是居民區，周圍會比較安靜。這附近有便利店，不過不是24小時的 如果要半夜出門買個宵夜，可能要走遠些。 設施：房間設施可以，洗衣機 微波爐 冰箱 淋浴和浴缸都很不錯，但是非烘乾洗衣機，缺少晾衣的杆子和架子。另外，兩晚的住宿，毛巾不會換新也沒有提前備足，也未告知，有些小失望。
