房間很大哦，行李箱可以完全攤開~ 早餐的話就是五個套餐，入座後跟工作人員點單。 不足的話就是沒有USB插口，還好附近有全家，711跟羅森。 另外樓下就是公交站，去景點很方便。 最後謝謝酒店工作人員這幾日的照顧。 ありがとうございます。

時隔5年之後再次入住酒店，房間和設施一如既往的乾淨整潔。三人房確實有點小，兩個箱子攤不開，好在淋浴房很大很舒服。服務是半自助的，入住期間沒有打掃衞生服務的。可能這也是控制房間價格的方法吧。早餐衹有西式可以選，以前的日式早餐沒有了。門口就是公交站，京都不大，門口的公交可以去很多熱門地區了。員工親切友好，下次來京都應該還會再住。

Плюсы: хорошее расположение , близость к станциям метро, номер с неплохой площадью. Также отель сделал комплимент в виде одного напитка каждому из нас. Из минусов: рецепция находится на 2 этаже и из-за этого лифт, который едет вверх, всегда останавливается на нём и ещё удивил персонал , а именно дедушка , который работает на рецепции, показался неочень приветливым, что удивительно для Японии. Еще не было сейфа.

離地鐵要走一小段路 但門口有公車站也算方便 附近有LUUP可以租借 衛生清潔都很好

Being in Kyoto for a long stay, it was important to find a hotel close to transportation at a reasonable price. Kyoto Itoya Hotel exceeded our expectations! During our stay our room was clean with towels replaced daily. We appreciated the bathroom space with separate shower area (Japan style) and bath for relaxing after a long day of walking. The room is small but there was plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and the amenities as well as refrigerator were nice. There is no view which didnʻt matter to us. We also very much liked that the room was warm as Kyoto was chilly. To this review, weʻd like to add that the main desk staff was always helpful and ready to our questions. As we were there on the day of the recent earthquake in Ishikawa area, it was good that they could help our understanding of the news. We would also like to say that the folks who clean the rooms do an excellent job and in our interactions completely courteous and helpful. There is a breakfast and "lounge" area but we did not use it. If you are looking for a well-located, clean hotel central to transport with a positive staff, this might be the place for you.

I stayed 8 nights at the hotel, the service was great ! The reception staff are very helpfuul, i had medical problem and they sent me to a perfect place that treat me. Every question, every request was always answered with smile and a big will to help. I stayed in a twin room, it was very clean, the amnesties are great, the location is good ! close to buses and subway. the Nishiki market is walking distance. I really recommend this hotel !!

Hotel a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a metà tra 2 fermate del metro. Vicino alla zona centrale di kyoto Camera con 2 letti e una scrivania e un piccolo armadio Colazione buona ma ripetitiva in quanto aveva solo 4 alternative portate su un vassoio giò pronto selfservice solo il caffè

烏丸四条駅から南に歩いてすぐ、烏丸通りに面しています。「京王プレリアホテル」や「sequenceホテル」に泊まったとき、前を通りながらいつか泊まってみたいと思っていましたが、「きょうと魅力再発見旅プロジェクト」のプランが出て宿泊が実現しました。 フロント階にベランダを持つ明るいラウンジがあります。 5階客室は地味で落ち着いた色でシックな雰囲気が漂ったゆったり目の部屋でした。洗面台とトイレとバスルームはセパレートです。 洗面台はテーブルの片隅にあるので便利です。 バスルームには椅子が置かれた洗い場があって広々としています。 どういう理由か公式サイトは館内の設備について説明が不足しています。

Hôtel à taille humaine très propre et très bien situé dans la ville. Personnel aux petits soins pour les clients. Pas de carte magnétique pour rentrer dans les chambres mais une clef que l’on laisse à la réception ce qui permet plus de contacts avec les réceptionnistes qui sont prêts à répondre à toutes vos demandes.
