Rooms a little dusty, no toilet heater, and generally pretty cold rooms in early December. Great location though. Really close to railways and shopping streets.

The room was small with tiny bathroom but clean and tidy. The location was the best, close to the many bus/ train stops, shops and restaurants.

Great location, it’s very convenient to travel around Kyoto. The staff were lovely when we arrived to check in and check out!

If anyone plans to visit Kyoto for leisure, we would highly recommend this hotel. Even though the room is slightly smaller compared to conventional rooms in other countries. The location of this hotel overwrites any other negative reviews. Walking distance to favourites tourist spot , public transport very efficient to other attractions furthermore seamless effort to & fro airport.

Super location! Nishiki market is round the corner and Takashimaya across the road. Hotel is right where one of the entrances to the metro that gets you to Osaka. Room was small. Reception staff was friendly and spoke English. Ice available near the reception which was helpful on hot summer days. Good if you just want a place to crash at the end of a day of sight seeing and shopping.

Very nice located hotel , the crew is very nice and kind . Close to everything by bus , by a train . Stay here u will be just fine👍🏼

A little hotel in a very convenient location right by the station.

The hotel is on the second floor and above. Starbucks is on the first floor and the subway station is just below that. Perfectly convenient for people who like to get the day started with a coffee. Staff are nice, rooms are clean and especially cool. This is extremely satisfying in a month like August.

얼리체크인 되지않음, 캐리어 맡길 수 있음, 카운터 영어 가능 한국어 불가, 그닥 친절한 느낌은 받지 못함, 숙박세는 체크인할때지불, 위치는 역내리면 바로 근처에있음, 소음이 좀 있는편, 신발장이 별도 없음, 하루 간단히 근처 묵기엔 나쁘지않음
