I always choose this hotel because the staff makes us feel welcomed. Great location and excellent breakfast. I just booked two more future trips, and very much look forward to them!!

I've stayed at the Nikko Hotel in Osaka, and the service was very attentive and welcoming. So I canceled my pre-booked hotel and chose the Nikko Princess Hotel instead. The location is convenient, quiet, and clean. I personally like this kind of old-fashioned hotel, and there's a wide variety of culinary options. After the Bon Festival, prices returned to normal. The stay was a great experience, and I'd definitely stay here again.

This is an older hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it's close to the subway, making transportation convenient. The hotel is quite large for a Japanese hotel, the rooms are clean, and the front desk is very friendly. It was a good experience.

Facilities: Despite being over 30 years old, the building's exterior and interior are remarkably well-maintained, and the amenities are comprehensive and convenient! Cleanliness: The room was spotless, with every corner spotlessly clean! Environment: The location is excellent, close to the subway, and surrounded by restaurants, shopping malls, and bus stops! Service: The hotel service was excellent, warm, attentive, and meticulous!

This is a great hotel. The rooms in Kyoto are almost full during the Dragon Boat Festival. The price is the same as usual. The room is fully equipped. There is a box on the desk where you can put your personal belongings (just for my jewelry), a capsule coffee machine, a safe, and comfortable pajamas. It's not a towel-like bathrobe, which is great. The hygiene is very good, the bathroom is clean, and the toiletries are complete. The service is also great! All the pictures are here, please see them for yourself.
