Free shuttle bus from hotel to Kyoto Station if you are carrying luggage, walking distance to Kyoto station.

The location is very good, close to Kyoto hotel and the room also big. Also I like the shuttle bus service. However, the facilities are not very friendly, since you have to pay extra fee for each activity, like swimming pool, spa and so on. Also. Spa only for man but didn’t have one for woman. All the facilities close at 6 pm. So if I wanted to use it after a long day, it’s impossible.

This hotel has shuttle bus from kyoto station to hotel starting from 9 am to 7 pm. They also have water and ice dispenser available at each floor. Although the toilet is smart but still not very comfortable.

The hotel is a bit far from the JR station, around 10 minutes' walk, but there is a free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel. The hotel room is clean and big.

Lovely clean hotel a short walk (or free shuttle) to kyoto station). All was good. Very fast wifi and comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast either downstairs or in the revolving restaurant. The only oddity was the swimming pool and gym which had restricted usage hours and required payment on top! Was not worth it and even if it was the unusual hours of operation made it unfeasible. Would stay again though unless I really needed the gym and pool.

Very clean and all the staffs are friendly. 7 min walk from the Kyoto station. We used the free shuttle bus when we go to Kyoto station from our hotel:) Very convenient because it comes every 20 minutes. Also, if you miss the shuttle there is a bus stop near by (3 min walk).

I think this hotel service was very good,I think I will live in this hotel next time!

Nice business hotel located near Kyoto station. The hotel provides shuttle service to Kyoto station which makes it very convenient for those with kids and big luggages.

Good location. 8 mins walk to JR Kyoto west or central exit. Option for full house keeping or limited housekeeping.

The location was good and staff helpful and friendly. The room was a decent size and pleasant. The buffet was only “ok”… the restaurant was overcrowded and the food was cold. Also think it’s a bit cheeky to charge guests to use the pool.

This hotel is close to the train station walk in 10 minutes and it’s walking distance to the middle of Kyoto and the Kyoto tower and shopping. Best place about the hotel is the revolving restaurant on the 14/ top floor. Beautiful site (360) view while eating.. down side a little dark on the hallways. Buffet is great both lower restaurant and the top floor.

Overall was okay, a bit far from Kyoto staion. But, hotel has shuttle bus every 20 mins and make it more convenient. Service and amenities were nice. The worst part was humidity of the room and cleanliness (quite low compared to Japanese standard), plus bedsheets were smelly.

Hotel was very clean and furnished in Modern theme. Value for money with good spreads of buffet breakfast.-
