Hotel in an excellent location to the main train station. Our room was good size and clean. I would have given it a 4.5 instead for service. I didn’t use the cleaning room service because it was not necessary for 2 nights but getting the extra day amenities was slightly challenging at the Front Desk. Eventually it was provided (after1/2hr) but not as smoothly as the Hotel Metropolitan in Tokyo Ikebukuro.

I am absolutely glad we booked this hotel. The main reason we booked this is because there is a washer/dryer in every room. We booked the family room and they are all located at the Anex building. The main building and Anex building are seperated by about 3 blocks. It is just a few seconds walk from the main building to the Anex building. There are no hotel staffs stationed at the Anex building though, so if you need assistance you need to phone them or walk to the main building. There are free coffee machine, tea, ice, hot water and various amenities located at the lobbies of both building. The location of this hotel is a short 5mins walk to the subway station and a 2mins walk to 7-11 convenient storeand 6mins walk to McDonald's and Lawson convenient store. The hotel is beautifully furnished with modern touch to the rustic buidling of Kyoto. The family room that we chose consist of Futons and Modern Beds. There is a humidifier in the room Shower water pressure is very strong Wifi signals are fantastic. TV is at least 46 inch wide Multiple charging ports available even at the headboard section of the beds. Just like other hotels in Japan, you need to stay over a certain number of nights for them to do daily house keeping. However, they do provide changing of towels Daily as long as you stick the magnet label outside your room door before you head off for the day. They just dont make your bed or wash your toilet, etc. The shower, conditioner, etc are of the famous Polar brand. The only thing that i wish to criticise is that the staffs don't speak good English, and i am fully aware that i am in Japan and Japanese don't speak good english, but the hotel staffs being in this industry should at least have a certain degree of basic understanding of English language. I will give an example, I am requesting for new bottle of Shower Soap, they do not understand and had to send a personnel to my room to see what i meant. I am requesting that they change the battery of the safe box in my room due to low battery and they had to transfer the phone call 2 times to finally get what i meant. Just take note that you will need to be patient when speaking to them to get them to understand what your inquiries are. Every staff holds a handheld device for translation purposes though. Besides the slight annoyance due to language barrier, this hotel deserves way more than 3 stars hotel ranking, it felt more like a 4 stars hotel. Absolutely fantastic and deserved praise. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Hotel pertama yang saya tinggal di Kyoto. Lokasinya sangat mudah. ​​Ia sangat dekat dengan Stesen Kyoto. Sangat mudah untuk menaiki bas dan kereta bawah tanah. Terdapat juga banyak restoran yang lazat berhampiran hotel. Betul-betul bertentangan dengan hotel adalah restoran barbeku terkenal Hiro. Bilik hotel agak besar untuk Jepun, dan kemudahan hotel juga sangat baru. Lobinya ringkas dan bergaya. Tiada peralatan mandi pakai buang di dalam bilik. Ia diletakkan di atas meja di lobi dan anda boleh membawanya mengikut permintaan . Terdapat kolam air panas di tingkat atas. Jika anda penat membeli-belah di siang hari, anda boleh pergi berehat. Sarapan pagi Jepun dan Barat, yang lebih sesuai untuk orang Cina. Saya menginap di Kyoto selama empat malam dan memilih dua hotel. Yang kedua ialah hotel mata air panas di seberang hotel ini. Sarapan pagi lebih kaya daripada Hotel Ara, tetapi jika anda menganggap keberkesanan kos, saya cadangkan Hotel Ara.

The location is excellent and right in the downtown of Kyoto but not in the front street which will be too crowded and noisy, still there were some noisy from the restaurants and bar nearby which still played loud music even after 12:00AM, so not ideal for those people who needs total silence to sleep. This is probably the necessary evil when live in the downtown hotel, but the hotel is already in the back alley so felt a bit better. Cannot consider the service top quality since the hotel front desk is located at 8th floor, and there is only one person tending the luggage at ground level till 6PM, so no service can be offered at ground level, this is the part can improve since some of the high floor hotel do have ground floor service crew unless in a big commercial building complex. The room is nicely decorated and everything feels new, no complaint about the room. Although the breakfast is a bit disappointed given the very limited selection of foods and Japanese style breakfast can only offer limited number (25 serving per day?), this part can definitely make some improvement, at least inform the guest about the limited number so we can book in advance.

Lokasi yang sangat baik, tiga laluan trem di sekelilingnya sangat dekat dengan hotel, yang pada asasnya memenuhi keperluan pengangkutan pelancongan Kyoto. Ia sangat dekat dengan Sungai Kamogawa. Hotel ini terletak di jalan komersial, di mana anda boleh membeli-belah dan makan apabila anda keluar. Terdapat pelancong dan kedai di sepanjang jalan. Anda tidak akan berasa bising apabila tinggal di dalamnya. Hotel ini bersih dan kemas dan harganya berpatutan. Ia lebih daripada cukup untuk didiami oleh seorang. Ia disyorkan untuk kanak-kanak perempuan yang ingin mengembara bersendirian dengan selamat!

Easily accessible and close to subway station. Perfect for female solo travellers as they have a dedicated level for female-only. There is also a restaurant on level 1 for quick fix before you start the day or if you want something simple for dinner.

This is a no-frills, modern hotel (7-Eleven is next door). Our Twin Room was big and comfortable with a good-sized bathroom; a nice touch to have a fabric freshener spray near the coat hooks. It’s a walking distance to Omiya station along the Hankyu Line which includes Umeda (great for those coming from Osaka); close to downtown (Kawaramachi) where you can either walk or take the subway to attractions such as Nishiki Market (Shijo) and Gion (Gion-shijo).

Saya melawat untuk tujuan kolam bersama rakan-rakan saya. Kolam renangnya besar dan terpelihara, jadi saya boleh menggunakannya dengan yakin. Kemudahan adalah minimum yang diperlukan, jadi saya fikir anda harus membawa losyen anda sendiri.

環境：每間房間都是湖景房，炒雞棒！晴天的時候景色好美，可以去花園和湖邊遛彎；白天還有幼兒園小朋友在湖邊草坪做遊戲； 設施：房間是原木色的，視覺感覺舒適；床對着湖，每天起床躺着看到湖景非常愜意；酒店配有溫泉，溫泉也是對着湖的，推薦晚上去室外溫泉，泡起來更舒服。（酒店不提供梳子和牙刷哦） 服務：服務很贊，前台服務員都很有經驗，幫忙叫出租車、抬行李都是態度很好的；印象深刻的是，我們行李箱很重，但是我們在辦理入住的時候，服務員就把我們行李放進屋子裡了，這點提升好感值；酒店有班車到大津站，每20分鐘一趟，和王子酒店在同一個巴士站，不要混淆哦（琵琶湖的車是中巴；王子的是大巴車） 總的來說，性價比非常高，攜程價格太美麗600的價格住琵琶湖酒店，贊！ 琵琶湖酒店沒有王子酒店新，但是老牌酒店服務人員都很有經驗，教養很好，而且琵琶湖酒店有溫泉，如果安排了水上項目，我覺得泡下溫泉驅驅寒是好的；我們去住的時候周邊大部分是日本人；周邊的好吃的也不少，都是走路可以到達的，如果不在酒店用餐，打開google map用味蕾探尋一下大津也挺好的；距離密歇根號非常近，可以安排乘船游湖～

宿泊費用を節約したいユーザーに特化した寝るだけの宿泊施設。施設・部屋は、新しくきれいで清潔です。部屋は、シングルベッド(厚いマットレス)があるだけの広さ。テレビ、トイレ、洗面台もなく、シャワーブース、トイレも共用です。 ベッドメイキング、ごみ出しもセルフサービス、アメニティも歯ブラシのみです。 地下鉄五条駅から徒歩直ぐなのでアクセスは良く、観光には向いています。 サービス面を考えるとコスパは悪いと思います。
