Hotel terbaik di La Villa

I came to B&B Tre Croci Cortina for a solo stay – I've been here on sabbatical for 6 days and 5 nights, and my stay at this B&B was nothing short of amazing. It's located right outside of Cortina, which is very convenient because of how close it is to Lake Sorapis, Lake Braies, and Tre Cime & Cadini di Minsurina. The hotel staff is very kind, patient, and courtesy... and the kitchen/dining staff is PHENOMENAL. They're very intentional about making your staff feel like home. Yamirka & her fellow dining staff made the difference in my staff. The rooms are very modern & there is plenty of space. The view of the mountains is beautiful, too. The only cons I would mention are the level of noise from patrons who don't do their best to abide by the ask for quiet in the hallways – I don't think it's intentional, but the closeness to the hallways makes a bit of a difference. Also, I'm someone who likes to sleep with it very cold, and my room thermostat wouldn't go down for some reason (I just slept with the door open as it was cold outside at night). I couldn't recommend this place more. If you're coming to the Dolomites, stay here! 🖤

We stayed for 5 nights in the X-Alp hotel during our summer holiday/honeymoon. Everything was perfect! The staff helped us to plan our daily activities and they're extremely friendly and helpful both in the reception and in the restaurant. The spa section was tastefully decorated and a perfect ending for an active day on the mountains. The breakfast wasn't so versatile, but you find every morning something to fill up your plate. The best thing in the breakfast was the cake table with several different tasty pleasures. Kiitos, kaikki oli erinomaista! :)

Ho fatto una vacanza di tre notti con mia moglie in questo hotel nella bellissima Val di Fassa. Da un tre stelle mi aspettavo un po' di più. Bello fuori, accogliente zona pranzo , bar, reception. La stanza pulita ma poco curato i bagno, un po' fatiscente, il box doccia non si chiudeva ..obsoleto..rotto, pareti del bagno con scostrazioni bagno a disposizione del ristorante, vicino la reception aveva lo sciacquone rotto. Ottima adeguata la colazione, meno il cibo serale. Una sera era presente una comitiva...non c'era abbastanza antipasto a buffet per tutti ed alcune pietanze prenotate finite anzi tempo. Si ”può stare” senza pretese.

Esperienza terribile con questo hotel ancor prima di poterne usufruire: Il giorno 15 febbraio 2023 abbiamo prenotato per telefono due camere per la notte tra il 17 ed il 18 febbraio (per esigenze lavorative). Tutto sembrava essere sotto controllo come concordato con il dipendente dell'hotel via telefono. Una volta giunti su loco (dopo ben 450km arrivando da Milano) il receptionist ci accoglie,in modo piuttosto sgarbato, dicendoci che dato che non erano riusciti a d effettuare la transazione, hanno cancellato la nostra prenotazione. Vi lascio immaginare il disappunto che si prova in una situazione del genere dopo 5 ore di macchina alle spalle. Il receptionist prosegue lavandosene le mani affermando: ”vi abbiamo avvisato per mail” cosa che non ci risulta (una chiamata sarebbe stata gradita), ma comunque la carta di credito ci è stata richiesta via telefono, quindi è alta la probabilità che il dipendente abbia sbagliato a digitare i dati, anche perché trattandosi di una carta aziendale senza limiti di spesa. Allora il receptionist ci ha proposto una soluzione in un loro ulteriore hote 3 stelle (invece che 4s), ma allo stesso prezzo. Proporre lo stesso prezzo per un servizio ridotto, dal mio punto di vista, vuol dire fregare le persone. Oltre che il danno in sé, in termini di vostra mancata organizzazione interna, l'essere stati presi in giro e trattati in maniera maleducata, fa sì che vi meritate il minimo possibile nella valutazione finale. A livello di posizione nulla da dire, praticamente in centro a Brunico, carino anche dall'esterno, ed assolutamente di ottimo livello la colazione. Gli aspetti che viceversa ci hanno lasciato un pò perplessi sono stati: -La moquette a terra...non il massimo... -la veduta dalla camera (su un vicolo, attaccati al palazzo di fianco...) - il clamoroso caldo in camera (nonostante il riscaldamento spento abbiamo dormito scoperti con un notevole caldo, ed un rumore tipo di climatizzatore anche piuttosto fastidioso); -personale ricevimento con modi di fare piuttosto asciutti (è la prima volta che chiedendo una cartina del posto per fare un giro ci viene data senza una minima spiegazione..) In generale, dovendo dare un parere, ci può stare, anche se certamente vi è di meglio
