Hotel La Paz dengan Spa

Good location at the bottom of the valley close to the blue cable car line. Good size room with 2 lounge chairs, desk and chair, mini fridge, in room safe and plenty of wardrobe space. Wifi worked ok but the TV only had Spanish channels. The bathroom had decent amenities. Bottled water was provided daily. Breakfast selection was pretty good with eggs cooked to order. The hotel was pretty quiet and there didn’t seem to be a lot of staff on duty but everything was catered for. There’s also a pool, sauna and spa area which we didn’t use. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

Firstly it should be mentioned that the staff at this hotel are really helpful, friendly and accommodating especially the gents behind the bar. This goes some way to offsetting the inconvenience of this hotel being split between the 5th and 12th floor and the inconvenience of prolonged waits for the lift in both directions that are often too full to enter due to use by the office workers on other floors. During our visit not all were in working order all the time. The rooms on the 12th floor although clean, are very small for couples with two cases giving little capacity to move around, and the breakfast served on the 5th floor was an uninspiring buffet that was not readily replenished giving limited choice and a far from enjoyable or quality experience to start the day

We did two stays here during our Bolivia trip. The first was an early arrival and overnight (our flight arrived at 6am - so we had early checkin and that same night). We went to Sun Island for a night then came back for our second stay - an afternoon arrival before flying out the next day. The best part about this hotel is the location. It's near two squares/ plazas that were cool to walk to for some good people watching. We didn't have a car and this hotel was booked by our tour operator. A second positive was a friendly staff. When the property owner doesn't maintain the property, that's not the staffs fault. They were doing their best and I am grateful. I also appreciated the US-able plugs so I didn't need an adapter! 8-) I would actively avoid this hotel in the future. Room #1 - Our first room was absurdly hot and facing a main square. Between the people noise and car horns until 2am, you couldn't open the windows AND sleep. They need to put fans in the room. Room #2 - This was a suite, which had a living room with a lot of space. However, it reached with a scent like bug spray. That made us even more worried that something would tag along in our bag. Restaurant - We did ”breakfast” here both days and tried it for dinner. We don't eat eggs, and a hot omelette right and been good. Aside from that, the pastry and other stuff was very underwhelming. We basically didn't eat breakfast. Overall property is VERY rundown. The carpet in the hallways, the marks all over the hallway walls, and the overall decor are horribly in need up an update. Even a fresh coat of paint would help. If you ONLY want to use this hotel to sleep and shower, think of it like a motel. I wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed three nights at the hotel when we arrived in La Paz and the one night on our way out of the country. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. There is a enclosed pool and roof top bar with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. A good breakfast buffet with the option of ordering omelets. There is a very nice restaurant (dinner only) where we enjoyed a multi-course tasting meal prepared by three Chefs - it was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, changing money, calling taxis and making recommendations. You are in an upscale neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants and markets within easy walking distance.

Lovely hotel in good location. Spacious room with a lovely view and comfortable bed. Food was very good and well priced. The buffet breakfast had a nice selection of foods. The Casabar on the top floor was a great place for evening drinks. The hotel had a swimming pool and zacuzzi - again with super views and a lovely place to relax. I haven't yet mentioned the best thing of all about the hotel and that was the staff. To a person they were incredibly helpful, friendly and could not do enough to ensure you had just the best stay at Casa Grande.

Business travellers have quick access to the financial district, corporate buildings and most government agencies, very close to the property.

Serviço terrível. Fizemos a reserva para um grupo de 24 pessoas, e eles cancelaram nossos quartos porque meu cartão não funciona, segundo eles. Entrei em contato com eles para confirmar minha reserva e efetuar o pagamento no hotel na chegada. Primeiro me dizem que não há espaço na suíte porque eu já tinha a reserva, e ainda por cima cancelam minha reserva sem motivo. Que péssimo serviço e atenção, eles não deveriam colocar à venda quartos que não os tenham. NÃO RECOMENDO, PÉSSIMA ATENÇÃO E PÉSSIMO ESTABELECIMENTO
