O Hotel é muito bom! Atendentes simpaticos e prestativos Tudo muito limpo, porta lacradas, maquinas de cafe, suco, agua, cha, capuccino etc Otimo café. Otima estadia de 2 dias Se precisar voltaremos com toda certeza

Hotel eccezionale! Tutto al massimo: pulizia della stanza, gentilezza del personale, colazione ricca con prodotti freschi e ben assortiti. Attenzione massimo ai prodotti senza glutine e senza lattosio. Ambienti ben riscaldati nonostante gli spazi immensi; stanze con domotica e bagno grande super con doccia e vasca. Non si può desiderare di meglio! Complimenti al Melia! Sicuramente ci torneremo! All'esterno possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. L'unico piccolo neo è la distanza dal centro peraltro non eccessiva. Bravi i ragazzi dello staff!

L'hôtel est indéniablement bien situé. La vue des chambres sur la ville en contrebas est magnifique. Malheureusement 4 étoiles ne se justifient pas sur ce seul fait. A notre arrivée, au lieu d'une chambre double demandée, on nous octroie une chambre avec lits jumeaux. Pour le côté romantique, on repassera. La chambre est propre mais spartiate. Pas de bouilloire ou cafetière, pas de bouteille d'eau. La salle de bain dispose d'une porte fenêtre devant les toilettes (assez particulier 🤔). L'équipement a vieilli (ex poubelle en photo). La chambre est relativement calme si on excepte les personnes qui claquent la porte vitrée juste en face de notre chambre. Le personnel est froid. Peu parle français (ce n'est pas grave) mais ne font pas d'efforts pour se faire comprendre. Peu de sourire. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais vraiment sans plus. Les fruits ne sont pas murs ou au sirop, le jus d'orange est un jus en brique, le choix est au minimum de ce qu'on attend d'un 4 étoiles. Nous avons été déçus, la vue ne peut pas tout sauver.

The Bom Jesus site is busy during the day but dead at nighttime. There is no bar or restaurant at this hotel and the food at the neighbouring sister hotel was so poor we did not eat it. In the neighbouring village all 3 restaurants were shut so we went without evening food 3 nights running. The staff at reception were friendly and did their best but could not make up for the lack of facilities. There were no bottles of water in the room, none at reception and no place / shop to get water at the time we arrived (6:30). Room was tired although the view from the window was excellent. Braga has plenty to offer but is a €10 taxi ride away. Better staying in Braga.

Nous sommes venu en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants 3 et 5ans) début juillet 2023, la personne à l'accueil n'a fait aucun effort pour échanger avec nous. Parlant français et un peu portugais, celle ci n'a même pas essayé de communiquer doucement avec nous ou même de trouver des moyens pour nous expliquer les choses. De plus, l'impression d'être pris de haut ou même de le déranger. Une fois la chambre payé pour 4 personnes, nous sommes monté et surprise un seul lit double pour 4 dans une petite chambre. Nous sommes redescendu à l'accueil et la solution apporter étais de rajouter un petit lit d'appoint dans la chambre déjà petite. Verdict nous avons pris nos bagage et sommes partis. Je retiens un mauvais accueil, aucun effort de la personne à l'accueil pour Communiquer avec nous un prix excessif pour une petite chambre Je ne retournerai plus dans cet hôtel.

Avoid at allllll costssssss. First of all, everything seemed really good, the room was a decent size, the bed was big enough for 2 people, although if you like to sleep in a hard mattress where when you wake up you feel like you went to war? Well their beds are the best for you then, the pillows makes your neck be in pain when you wake up of how flat they are. Also, I was there for 5 nights, and believe it or not, it was 2 people, we started with 3 toilet rolls, which we barely use on the first day, we arrived at the hotel around 3pm, went to do some quick shopping of snacks and drinks which you can easily do around you, and then we went to find a restaurant and eat and etc, so we barely used any toilet paper, the next day after the housekeeper was there, we realised from 3 toilet rolls, we only had 2, which we were confused because we had 3, but oh well. So we spent the all day in the hotel, and the toilet paper is really thin and not big, probably as big as half a toilet paper, either way, they did not leave any more toilet paper, throughout the 5 nights we were there, which is ridiculous because we either asked or bought some ourselves, which is ridiculous having to spend money on toilet paper that should be provided by the hotel. I think it was really bad, but if that is not enough to keep you away, then go ahead and book a room to one of the worst hotels in the area I would say.

Infelizmente só não têm melhor avaliação por ter de entregar a chave de cada vez que saía, mas ainda pior porque na última noite estive cerca de meia hora a tocar à campaínha para que me abrissem a porta. Quando abordei a vossa colaboradora e perguntei se estava tudo bem, respondeu ”sim, porque não haveria de estar?” ao que respondi que estive cerca de meia hora a tocar à campaínha e inclusive cheguei a ligar para a recepção, mas a pessoa levantou as sobrancelhas, encolheu os ombros e riu. Se o atendimento é 24/7, um pedido de desculpa teria sido suficiente. Acerca da limpeza, era boa, o quarto era espaçoso, com arrumação, mas infelizmente ouvia muito barulho. As cortinas apesar de opacas, também não tapavam totalmente a claridade.
