酒店的位置很好，安靜，停車方便，服務態度蠻好的，床睡着還行，房間裏瞅着有點簡單，衞生間的裝修很好也很乾凈。可以住，相對很經濟。

시설 잘 되어 있고 쉴 수 있는 공간도 많은데 1박이라 전 활용을 못 했습니다. 도심에서 조금 거리가 있는데 버스 정류장이 근처라 그건 편했어요. 아, 그리고 리셉션 직원 분이 무척 친절했어요. :-)

시내에서 가까운 위치에 있으며 청결하고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 무엇보다 직원들이 매우 친절하여 머무는동안 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었는데, 한국인 매니저 분께서는 특히 친절하고 상냥하셨기 때문에 낯선 곳에서도 친근감을 느끼며 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다

幫朋友訂的 很乾凈

The location of the hotel is good and it is near to the center and the shopping areas. The atmosphere is very familiar cozy, on the ground floor there are lounge areas and meeting rooms to relax and meet with friends and family but also for business meetings. The room was not very spacious but good enough for a short stay and in general, it is a quiet hotel. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of products and the staff was kind. The only downside of our experience was that the housekeeping did not offer a good service. We stayed 3 nights, after the first night they did the turndown service properly but after the second night they didn't do it anymore. Actually, when we came back to the hotel after spending the whole day out, we found some cleaning products all over the shower and the toilet as you can see in the pictures. I went to the reception and told this to a very young lady but she didn't apologize and took it like it was a normal event. Instead, she just explained that there was an inconvenience with the housekeeping staff that couldn't finish their work but she didn't offer to clean the room. I would come back to the hotel but the housekeeping service should be improved.

Short night in a nice little hotel in the center of Lausanne. Great staff and service. Confortable bed and large bathroom. Big garage for the car (highly convenient in Lausanne Center). Breakfast ok with real espresso! And a beautiful little garden to get the morning coffee or for the smokers 😂

buona l'accoglienza, ambiente confortevole, alla notte nessun rumore, pulito. Semplice ma molto confortevole. ci sono varie salette ben arredate e giardini ben curati. La giovane che ci ha servito la colazione era molto gentile. Nel complesso molto gradevole, se torno a Losanna scelgo di nuovo questo hotel

Hôtel agréable et propre Une mention spéciale pour Salim le réceptionniste qui a été formidable et s'est mis en quatre pour rendre notre séjour très agréable.

L’hotel è in una buona posizione, stanze vecchie ma pulite. Il personale è molto gentile. Il parcheggio è difficile e a volte anche se si parcheggia all’interno rimane complicato. La mancanza di caffè fresco, verdura uova se non sode rende la colazione deludente.
