Leon took very meticulous care of the problem and assured me that if it is in the hotel, I will get it back. He gave me a time to call back from the US and reported that it was not to be found but more importantly, he had checked in many places and with all the staff. It was reassuring that he had complete confidence that it was not there and this helped my anxiety. Lo and Behold! Once he assured me, I could look with a clearer mind and actually found it on my own scarf!! I called back to thank him and he was so kind to tell me once again that the hotel prides in its staff and service that he was sure I would have either lost it elsewhere or have it with me. This was also my experience while I stayed there. Such a trustworthy place. Thank you Leon and the staff.
