Amazing location, nearby tourist spot. Quiet during night time and accessible to local restaurant. Owners showing their cares with provide support to reserve 1 day trip to Snow mountain. When my parents did not find the way back to hostel.owner brought them back. Recommend family travelling and stay here.

Room size is fine for 3 pax. Lighting on point. Love the smart toilet and the amenities provided. Meet ben ben, the lazy receptionist 😆 P/S i have no photo of this room, but you can also checkout my review for snow mountain featured suite (bathtub) Recommended 👍🏽

We've booked a 10 days stay in this relatively new hotel.The boss help us with our luggage when we arrived at the south gate,that's a very nice gesture by welcoming us to his homestay.We' re given a ground floor which things starts to go wrong!That's lots lof insects amd flies in the room and very smokey due to many smoker in the homestay!!Worst of all,in the midst of our sleep the 10-15kg TV projector fallen off the ceiling ,given us a good shock of life!The Owener agreed to change a room for us,thats all for the service recovery!!And even last day of check out,he broke his promises of helping with our luggage,we've to struggle with all oir belongings im the end,big disappointment with this homestay.

It is very close to South gate so it's very convenient to call the didi, however it might be a bit distance to the old town center. The room itself is very spacious, good and clean. Definitely will rebook the mingshu.

The hotel is very handy to the south gate and easy to find (It is just inside the south gate, & opp a larger hotel) The owner speaks English and is a nice friendly guy. I called the guest House, but was unable to organise a pickup from the train station as I don't have a WeChat account. I asked if I could get the free transport to the airport on my departure, but was nicely told I should go and get a taxi to the airport. The Queen room I booked didn't look anything like the room i received. I have attached a couple of photos. The room was very small and void of any character. The bathroom had no door on it and more importantly the toilet had no door either. Luckily I wasn't sharing the room with anyone else. The room looked out onto the central courtyard, so the view was of washing drying and the reception area. It had a very large projector TV. I wouldn't recommend staying here, if a character Guest House is what you're looking for. And if you do not like walking,... its quite a distance to the main square and the North Gate where the wheels are located.

First of all this hotel is very convenient as it is located very close to the south gate of the old town, hence making it easy to reach the main road to call for a taxi. We arrived very late at Lijiang but the owner Hu contacted a car to pick us up from the railway station free of charge (for those that stay for 2 consecutive nights) and he himself came to pick us up at the gate with the push cart as the floors in the old town were very rocky. His dog BenBen is extremely cute and is always sleeping by the entrance door of the hotel 😍. Hu is an outstanding owner and is very active in responding to my wechat messages. Since we could not read Chinese, he would always send the location so we would not have to search it up ourselves. Moreover, he kindly helped us book for the jade snow dragon mountain tour with a local price☺️ I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel provides free pick up from the station for a minimum 2 room nights reservation. Staffs are very pleasant and helpful.

The room is very beautiful and clean. I’m very impressed with both the room and the staff of hotel. The room attendant took care of us no matter what problems we had and guided me well.

Firstly, the very cute dog by the name of 笨笨 was the highlight of the stay. He’s fluffy, big and very adorable. 2nd, very good humidifier in the room whereby I was told by the boss that I have to turn that on, otherwise the humidity in Lijiang will destroy the airways! 3rd, the inn boss picked me up from the train station and he was very prompt in responding 4th, he arranged a tour for me and it turned out really perfect. 5th, as I travelled solo, the boss ensured that I felt included in their gathering and to also understand more about each other. So we had some steamboat and beer in a social setting 6th, I was brought to a nearby bar to experience the nightlife in Lijiang. 7th, he was so willing to explain to me that should I need him I could contact him anytime. 8th got a taxi for me knowing that I have problems with my Alipay and WeChat as the network is very slow with my SIM card 9th, he gives good recommendation on food!!!! 10th, his business partners are all very helpful. If I can rate this inn hospitality as 11/10, I’ll do so in a heartbeat! Thank you so much, and I will come again to visit.
