Clean and friendly welcoming upon checking in. There are apples available to take however they do not offer breakfast. It is not too close to places such as Zhongli market however still within a walkable distance.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gemmer in Lijiang! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local food and attractions. My room was cozy and had everything I needed, and the hotel's location near the Ancient Town was extremely convenient. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel is pleasant, a little dated, but it met our needs. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The bed was a bit firm, but the sheets, pillows, and blanket were very cozy and inviting. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk assisted us with our luggage, arranged a day tour for us to the Tiger Leaping Gorge, and was always available and attentive whenever we needed anything. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the entrance to the beautiful Old Town of Lijiang. On the downside, the bathroom and shower were somewhat old, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to overflow each time we used it. Overall, however, we had a very good experience and would recommend this hotel!

The setting is great, and the owner was incredibly friendly. It's pretty quiet around, and taxis can drop you off right at the entrance. Excellent value for money! It was so much better than the guesthouse I stayed at the last two days. My last guesthouse stay completely put me off them; I'll only be booking hotels from now on! Plus, its location right in Lijiang Old Town makes it incredibly convenient for exploring.

It such a nice place to stay. Near by Lijiang Ancient Street . We got a good taking care from hotel staff. The room is so big and clean which suite for family and friends. Recommend!

We stay 2 nights with 3 rooms here so they gave us a free airport pickup, we have 6 big luggages so it was a bit hard to fit in but we did, the room quite nice and clean, the location is accessible by car so it was so easy if you have a trip to the snow mountain in the early morning.
