I am very satisfied with the service provided. The hotel is clean. Their response in the message section was also prompt. They were helpful when I asked questions, even though I don’t speak Chinese. The location is strategic, close to the exit. Highly recommended. But i hope they change the toilet to automatic or get a bidet. It will be Malaysian Favourite hotel.

It is nice hotel and very good location. It's near old town of Li Jiang. Many foods and convenience stores are very nearby. You can enjoy Li Jiang Old town very easy and is really beautiful.

A beautiful home away from home, with owners who are kind and truly care. I was blown away by the beauty and service here. We stayed with our family with two children. The gardens are so well maintained and you can also see lots of goldfish swimming which is very peaceful. They clean every day for you and have laundry services available. The owners are around and are very friendly. Comfortable beds and very well laid out rooms. We stayed in multiple room options as we upgraded for the second half of our stay.

Equipments are well equipped, including bath tub. There is good quality tv to use. The price is cheap, very worth it to book! It is very recommended to book!

The hotel boss and receptionist is friendly. They helped to arrange free transport from Lijiang airport to the hotel (I contacted them via wechat). The hotel is in the ancient city itself. You have to walk less than 100 meters to the main road, so it was very easy for us to take Didi + going to the Lijiang ancient city. The location, the aesthetic of the hotel for the price is worth it. You are also free to use the washing machine in the hotel.

Well what can i say!!! Excellent!! The lady at the front desk was very helpful, out of her way to help with our luggage, washer machine and dryer available, don’t get me start about the perfect location, its located at the The Ancient Town of Lijiang Northeast Gate( this is the didi pint point, thank me later) ..and also,free pick up from lijiang railway station!!! She also gave us souvenir before checking out!!!

The property is very good and fancy! We got a 2-bedroom room with working mattress heater, hot shower and other things good for the cold weather in the area. The location is good, not far from the train station, just inside the old town and near the old town square. The hotel is less than a minute walk from the main road, so there is no need to worry about carrying your heavy luggages from the road to the hotel. The owner also called us beforehand to offer a pick up from the train station to the hotel for a cheap price. We also asked her to arrange a car from the hotel to the train station.

The toilet wasn't even cleaned, the hygiene was terrible, they hadn't even cleaned up the previous guest's toothbrush, the facilities were very old, the TV kept freezing and crashing, and the disposable slippers were just paper slippers. This room wasn't cheap, and most importantly, the soundproofing was extremely poor.

The toilet wasn't actually dirty; oxidation caused grime to seep into the plastic. Disposable toilet seat covers are provided in the rooms. The toiletries left behind by guests were due to our cleaning staff's oversight—they were too busy during the October holiday, and we sincerely apologize. We will provide training for our cleaning staff. Our TVs are all Haier curved-screen LCD TVs. Some guests downloaded many apps, causing lag. Uninstalling and refreshing the app resolved the issue. As for the slippers, we admitted that we didn't provide the highest quality ones, which was an oversight on our part. We will rectify this as soon as possible. Thank you for your valuable feedback. The hotel has a great location, right in the old town, and it's quiet at night. The cleanliness is good, and the rooms are spacious. The only slight drawback is that the toilet drain wasn't properly cleaned and had a slight odor.
