Hotel berhampiran Bolívar Park, Lima

Muy buen lugar , y cerca de todo. buenas Instalaciones y cómodo. Solo hay que mejorar los desayunos y que no cobren por limpieza , pero supongo que por el precio esta muy bien

The hotel is located in the Miraflores neighborhood, around the hotel there are McDonald, Pizza Hut, KFC and more. A short drive away, there is a pedestrian zone of lively restaurants and bars, a place to eat, drink and rejoice. The hotel itself has a reasonable size and has space for luggage, safe, large TV, nice bathroom. The service is courteous, breakfast reasonable. Good value for money

The hotel were wonderful, very accommodating to my needs and Roberto was very attentive at reception. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are a good size and close to nearby attractions. I would recommended to friends and family.

Reservé 2 habitaciones standard para año nuevo 2024, una con cama matrimonial para mi hijo y para mí, y la otra con 2 camas. Y al momento de la reserva especifiqué que necesitaba que estén una al lado de la otra, o exactamente al frente. Cuando hice check in, fuimos a las habitaciones y la mía era cama doble y encima no estaban al frente, felizmente la señora de recepción pudo solucionar pero estuvimos bastante rato esperando. Luego, a las 5y30pm aprox llamo a Room Service para pedir la cena de mi hijo, me contesta un chico y me toma el pedido. Pasa 1 HORA, llamo para saber cuánto más iba a demorar y un señor de restaurante de muy mala manera me dice que no tiene ningún pedido y que no era su problema porque él acababa de entrar a turno. Me pareció una pésima atención y pésima forma de resolver un problema. Obviamente tuve que volver a hacer el pedido y esperar más, pero dejó mucho que desear la respuesta de su personal del restaurante e hizo que me amargue el momento. Finalmente, en recepción a la hora del check in preguntamos si Room Service atendería normal hasta las 11pm, nos dijo que sí. Cuando nos fueron a dejar la comida de mi hijo, volví a preguntar al mozo y me dijo que ya no tomaban pedidos porque estaban con la cena buffet. Entonces nos iban a dejar sin cena a mi familia y a mí, ya que al estar con un niño pequeño él ya iba a dormir y yo no iba a poder salir al restaurante. Después de insistir, accedió a tomarnos el pedido pero tenía que ser en ese momento (siendo 7pm, comida llegó 7y20) y lamentablemente tuve que cenar comida fría ya que recién pude hacerlo después de dormir a mi hijo a las 8y30pm aprox. Realmente no volvería al hotel por tener tantas malas experiencias en 1 solo día de estadía.

We had a recent weeklong stay at your hotel and it was delightful! The staff was so very helpful and kind and we could not have asked for more. Everyone went out of their way to make our event successful and we are so grateful. Thank you for your professionalism and your hospitality!!

The hotel itself is not 7 stars, but it is the people who work there who makes it such a nice place. Didn’t have a bad experience here, my wife and I happened to be in Peru for a funeral and I had a health issue due to the emotional stress. Santiago from the reception was prompt to call the ambulance and they could fix the situation. Also when friends and family came to visit, I befriended waiter Carlos Abanto, very good guy, he deserves all the compliments, super professional. Because of people like them I plan to come back. Also Zarai Chileno (waitress) was nice and Jose the guy who used to clean my room. With this staff and location I assure you a lot of returning business and many good years to come. Nice comfortable hotel for a few nights, with friendly helpful staff and adequate breakfast. In a good central location close to the main square, walking tours, attractions and restaurants. Rooms are basic and quite small but have everything you need, but be aware the hotel is on a busy main thoroughfare and the traffic was very noisy until around midnight. I don't know if there are quieter rooms but earplugs are recommended in order to get a night's sleep!

Passamos apenas um noite para descansar para no dia seguinte pegamos um outro vôo. Apesar de termos chegado 11:00pm, o Sr Martin foi bem receptivo, atencioso e educado, nos recebeu com uns docinhos e bebidinhas e no dia seguinte, apesar de cedo, 06:00 am, nos providenciou um café da manhã delicioso!! As acomodações apesar de ser uma casa antiga estavam bem limpas e cuidadas.

Super convenient. Just minutes away of walking outside the airport. Great for one night if you have morning flight the next day to save the hassle of traffic from Miraflores. Service was good and staff were very friendly.
