Hotel stile villaggio cretese direttamente sul mare con 2 piscine ristoranti spiaggia vari bar ecc .Si mangia bene non manca nulla il personale specialmente alla reception è gentilissimo e disponibile un ringraziamento particolare a Fotis la camera è ampia luminosa e pulita con uno spazio esterno insomma è la 4 volta che torniamo e andiamo via sempre riposati e felici

was extremely disappointing! We were “welcomed” by a very unfriendly and sarcastic reception woman Konnie! We then were taken to our room which had a shower the size of a cruise ships shower and the hotel had no washcloths! The walls were stained and scuffed and bathroom tracks were disgusting! The main dining hall food was less than desirable and the entire staff did not understand English so when I asked if they had granola they looked like a deer in headlights! The “specialty” Italian restaurant was a glorified pizzeria with full view of the chefs touching food with their bare hands! The best part of dinner was the bottle of wine we had to pay for! The umbrellas by the pool were mostly broken and although you are not allowed to save chairs, all guests did with the staff not remedying the situation! Konnie didn’t inform us we had to pay to rent safe in room so when I called reception to inquire she snapped at me with more of her already rude demeanor! Definitely would NOT return or recommend this

Lovely holiday with friends , the hotel has an ideal location , food and drinks good with a village feel to the hotel layout , special thanks to the hotel for the surprise birthday cake and bottle of Prosecco left in the fridge on my husbands birthday

Here now at this hotel…… arrived on the 29th August but to be told to go to a different hotel which they said was 5* . Clearly wasn’t 5* food was terrible. Yes it’s all inclusive but still was not edible. Rooms were ok but very small. The following morning back to silva beach at 11am. 2 rooms free upgrade to renovated rooms. Rooms ok but toilet shower area very small can only just get in the shower. Next morning 7:30 am towel wars near the pool. We put 4 towels down went for breakfast came back up to the pool area to see our towels had been removed. I personally don’t like reserving bloody sunbeds but there is not enough for everyone to get one. It’s not just me that puts towels down on beds everyone has done it in this hotel. There is 4 of us having to share 1 sunbed between us for the first 2 days of our holiday. Got told to go meet a pool man to get sunbeds at the other pool for nobody to turn up. So what it is get up at the crack of dawn to lay on your sunbed so they don’t get moved. Food is ok at the hotel but I won’t be coming back after been messed about so much. With having to move hotels and be involved in sunbed wars.

What can I say This hotel is Amazing and so are the staff The food is great and plenty to choose from The hotel has its own private beach with breathtaking views the rooms are clean and comfortable when we arrived we were shown to our room where we had a cold buffet bottle of wine water and fruit waiting for us The hotel also have a Italian restaurant and gourmet burger outlet which was a nice touch (all inclusive) A salt water pool and beach pool & romantic bar were great In the evening the hotel hosted different events which was fantastic highly recommended

Lets start with the negatives because there aren't many. Sunbeds, well if you're not up for 0530hrs you're not getting one there simply isn't enough for the size of the hotel. Simple. As usual people put towels out then don't return to them until.late morning if at all. The hotel say they remove towels that have been put out early but they don't really. Seen them move a token couple of towels one morning, But if you leave your own towels or a personal item on the beds they don't touch them. People soon realised this. Safe in room. Yes there is one but they charge 3euros a day to use it. Never stayed in a hotel before where you have to pay a daily charge to use a simple combination coded safe. Coffee at the bars. If you want more than a bog standard coffee it's chargeable. Positives. It's a great hotel. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. The top pool is a large saltwater pool. Bottom pool near beach is normal. Drinks are standard all inclusive type. Food is really good for an all inclusive. Not repetitive like most are. Beer wine and soft drinks in restaurant is self service. Beach, well there isn't one really it's all rocks and what bit of beach there is, is all pebbles. Small beach to the left and I mean small, they charge for the sunbeds. But I'm not sure it belongs to the hotel. Great location just step outside the hotel and walk left or right and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants but you wouldn't know it from inside the hotel as it's so quiet. Would definitely return here and would recommend it as a great hotel even with the sunbed issue.

We returned on 23/6/24 having stayed for 11 nights. Lovely hotel. Great location by the sea. Small beach with rocky access. Rooms cleaned each day. Towels and bedding kept fresh. Comfy beds. We were given a nice cold platter of food as we arrived late at night. Water provided in rooms every day. Little kettle and tea/coffee sachets 2pools. I salt water. 1 by the beach was fresh. Had a job getting sun beds. Alarm set for 6am. Seems some guests secured sun beds and disappeared for most of the day. Very frustrating!!! However upside was seeing amazing sunrises Towels provided for sun beds and can be exchanged at beach bar when fresh ones required Food great variety and plentiful. Always replenished All so fresh and tasty. No faults at all from me. Good selection at each all meal times. Restaurant and kitchen staff worked tirelessly. Full credit to them. Always smiling. Kostas and Sissy especially! We used romantic bar mostly. Big shout out to Zacharus. Working hard and smiling. All the staff we met were lovely they are a credit to you and also entertainment duo Pety and Nico great fun Some people seem to moan regarding cocktails I have seen on some reviews. They were a little bland. Same as most AI hotels to be fair, but I don’t go on holiday for cocktails!! I would recommend staying here. Good location for a walk along the front and good bus service too. Take a taxi or walk up to Koutouloufari village for an evening. Beautiful little village not to be missed

The hotel was lovely and the staff were so polite cheery and helpful. The apartments were very spacious and very clean. The choice of food in the restaurants was fantastic and the choice of restaurants was even better than we expected. Cannot fault anything about this place.

We're a week into our stay and fortunately we still have another week remaining. We are situated in a 2nd floor apartment just outside the main complex and we e considered ourselves very fortunate. The apartment has all the charm of an authentic cretian house with lovely ledge doors tiled floors and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and the noise of gentle waves breaking on the sands. The food, staff and service is impeccable. Facilities are a plenty and more restaurants than one week stay can deal with...our daughter has a condition which makes her take a long time to become active and often the staff would bring her food and refreshments so she wouldn't miss meals. During my time it was my birthday and on our return staff had delivered a lovely letter, birthday cake and a bottle of sparkling wine. .everyone is amazing, so cheerful and friendly.
