We chose this hotel due to the location as it was very close to the town centre. The hotel has underground parking with a handy lift or stairs internally to the hotel. The hotel itself was bright and airy. Our room was clean with a great shower and extremely comforrable bed. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable with a good choice, although it did appear that items were not being replenished throughout the course of the service (bread in particular, but there were a few choices if one had ran out). The staff were very helpful and friendly. One thing to do is check as to whether parking costs are included. Our 3rd party booking service stated free parking, but we were charged for it on check-out.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön am Wasser/im Grünen gelegen und wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt/ Bahnhof entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels gibt es eine Bushaltestelle. Ausreichende kostenpflichtige Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das komplette Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Im Außenbereich, direkt am Wasser, gibt es eine Außenterasse mit Bedienung. Unser Zimmer war sehr ansprechend mit einem schönen Badezimmer(einschl. Regenwalddusche) das, im Gegensatz zu vielen auch hochsternigen Hotels, keine Feuchtigkeitsschäden/Schimmel aufwies. Rundherum - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Een aanrader voor zowel de toerist als de zakenreiziger. Niet dat er veel in Bad Waldliesborn de beleven valt... maar laat daarom dit hotel niet links liggen. En dit hotel is in de Akzent-keten zowat het beste geweest zijn dat ik (reeds meermaals) bezocht heb. Mooie ruime kamers (misschien niet allemaal up to date), met als welkom een appel, een snack en een fles mineraalwater. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt (iets minder tijdens de corona). Lekker restaurant waar je meer dan voldoende én smaakvol eet. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Hebben een eigen krantje ! Zeer rustig gelegen kamers, zelfs langs de straatkant. Voldoende gratis parking.

We booked this hotel well in advance via ***********. When we arrived everything was processed without actually meeting/ seeing someone from the hotel staff. The credit card had just to be swiped through the door access. Once debited, you in! Our room 26 was spacious and clean. It actually fulfilled all purposes and expectations. Bed was comfy and bathroom quite big. We went there to attend a friends 50s birthday in the local golf club house which was about 20 minutes walking distance. So again all convinient for us. There is a huge Rewe just around the corner of Klusenhof. The bakery in the basement of the hotel building was also great and served a good hang-over breakfast the morning after :-) We then just left the key in the room and soon we were out again. Pragmatic system which suited best for us!
