Great location in the city center and next to the road where my taxi can drive me in front of the lobby. City view is nice and the room is clean enough.

Very nice hotel!! We spent our vacation there 4 nights. Clean and good amenities,good for photos. Nice service with everyday room cleaning.Staff are mostly friendly. We received a little presents because of my boyfriend’s birthday. A little improvement is the room view it is blocked by wire. Would be better if they have the airport shuttle service as mentioned. The spa was the best part of this hotel 😆 We have been there twice and its free of charge! This hotel is a great deal in my point.

Friendly staff that held our luggage when we arrived in the morning allowing us to tour the city while waiting for our room. We did check in a few hours early. They provided us with some good dinner recommendations that were quite lovely. The sauna and pool were also welcome, especially after walking for hours. Breakfast was solid but not over the top. The metro stop was about 600 meters (up hill) to the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our 3 day stay.

Wonderful hotel. All positive - only thing, as a coffee addict, is that their coffees are simply not good. The self made nor coffee machine give good coffee - it all has the bad flavor

The staff at the hotel are amazing. Special call out to inish in the spa. Compared to other 5 stars this wasn't quite there for us. The spa is a bit basic, breakfast was ok, the guys in the bar were super helpful. We booked the spa massage and meal deal, massage and spa was fine relaxing etc. but the meal was bland, with some of the food undercooked and not seasoned. To their credit they did try to rectify, a free cocktail etc... Lisbon was great, though. Would probably stay somewhere else though rather than come back to the hotel,

Great modern room. Staff were excellent, very attentive, helpful and accommodating. Very good location, made our five days in Lisbon very good.

Not sure how this hotel ranked 5-star and rated in 9.0, which was the reason why I picked this hotel. Overall our experience isn't close to 5-star. Guestroom hallway and entry doors are narrow and are looking like motel. Guestroom design is ok, but the floor, carpet and furnitures are old and shaggy. Views from the 4th floor are either facing busy road or outdated buildings, and guess it should make no difference in higher floor. The breakfast is pretty poor in quality compare to other hotels I stayed during the trip. Also, one episode.... someone (I think it is bellboy) puts other guest carriers in our room when we were out. It was really bad feeling not just having someone in our room but also knowing the one didn't move it out when realized it was occupied (obvious). When I called the front desk to check, the response was that he has no idea and there is nothing he could do. Again... 5-star?? I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

Positive: Good situation for exploring Lisbon. Friendly staff. Clean look & feel. Negative:: - Overall Hotel does not deserve anymore 5-star rating in international comparison, and correspondingly pricing, i.e. is heavily overpriced. Max 3-4 stars would be adequate, also regarding the rates. No "seleccion"- certification deserved, as not noticeable. Short-stay business hotel rather than holiday hotel. Most significant aspects: - Size, decoration and furnishing of public spaces as well as the rooms is not 5-star standard. In the whole hotel, fresh air ventillation is a serious problem, as generally, windows cannot be opened (-> Corona etc. risk.) Corridors are much too narrow, overheated without fresh air, strange smells, Also restaurant lacks fresh air Perfume in the Lobby does not help. - Elevators: too few, too small, too old - Room: No windows to open, just aircon. Modernistic designer decoration without much functionality and "cheap" impression. Sink and tap design higly unpractical and not hygenic. - Breakfast: ok for 3-4-star standard, not 5-star. Mediocre cooking, often not much taste. Overall, unfortunately, a disappointment and unproportionally overpaid. Thank you, Xin Li & Andreas Rabich
