Everything is good, I really recommended all to stay this hotel.

Good environment and convenient transportation, but overall very good and cheap

This was a nice hotel, a little far from the downtown, making transit to and from all the sites, around 30 to 50 minutes on bus, metro, or tram. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were excellent and the bathroom was great. Everything was perfectly clean.

The hotel was great as well as it’s accommodation. Room was big, comfortable and most important clean. The gym was also nice for someone, who wants to do a daily workout. Personnel was also friendly, willing to help you if needed! I would highly recommend it for everyone.

This hotel is located in a quiet area on a busy street. Good location with many shops close by. The bathroom was a good size with a rain shower. The room is basic and the mattress on room 202 was hard. The reception staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast has a good variety for everyone

In the interest of adult guests, the owners need to decide if they are offering a bona fide hotel or a hostel for high school students. Our first day we had no towels or coffee maker or kettle, and for the entire week we had to endure noisy juveniles on both sides of our room, and clogged elevator (the other never worked). The reception and housekeeping staff did their best under very difficult conditions.

Very comfortable hotel with very helpful, smiley staffs, especially Joao. We first stayed four nights, then we reserve one night a week later before going back to our home. The breakfast is very rich and cheap, don’t miss it. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are enough, the rooms are clean. We will definitely book it in our future Lisbon trips.

I booked for 3 nights and was very pleased with my stay. The staff at my arrival was friendly and understanding as they helped me when i had a little issue with my room. The room is spacious and modern, as well as the bathroom. Great view on the top floors. Breakfast was balanced and diverse, I also really appreciated one staff member, Shoubit who was very kind and helpful. The location is perfect as it is central and close to all the best spots in the city. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Lisbon.

Put into a disabled room. Missing towels. One cup for tea and coffee. But the real problem was the incredibly bright security light at the door. Unable to sleep. Staff kept trying to explain but still wrong. Warning. This hotel is noisy from the airport. Flights make this a poor location fir any hotel near here.

Accueil sympathique. La chambre est très agréable propre et spacieuse. Le lit est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très varié. L'hôtel n'est pas tout proche du centre mais par contre le métro n'est pas loin. Bon rapport qualité prix

A l'arrivée, entrée dans une très belle chambre dotée d'une belle salle de bain, mais.... 1 ascenseur disponible sur 2 ( depuis combien de temps, rien n'a semblé se passer. Accès très difficile dès l'arrivée d'un groupe. Bonne nouvelle, cet hôtel dispose d'un bar, mais nous constaterons qu'il n'est pas ouvert, de plus nous apprendrons par la suite qu'il ne sert pas d'alcool !!! Le fleuron aura été le petit-déjeuner, celui n'est servi qu'à partir de 7h30. Regroupement important à l'ouverture et comme service en boissons chaude, une queue d'une demie-heure d'attente derrière un serveur qui fait un café, sachant qu'avant d'y arriver vous n'aura pas de bol ou tasse à disposition. Qualité du petit déjeuner plus que médiocre à part de bons fruits. Je ne mets pas en cause le personnel de cet établissement, mais la compétence de sa direction qui est à l'origine de ces imperfection indignes à la profession.
