Decent location. Room size was fair however the floors could have been cleaner. The blanket was very thin and even with the heat on, I had to fold the blanket in half so that I would be warmer. The room was quite noisy, I could hear people talking in the hallways, their rooms, and there is quite a lot of traffic by the elevator. The bathroom was ok, the shower water pressure was nice but the temperature control was a bit difficult to turn. The sink water did not have any warm water option, and it felt quite wasteful every time you needed water from the sink it would keep running until it turned off. The wifi was spotty at times but when it did work it was fine. They had a bar and welcome drink which was nice, the outside patio also looked cute. The breakfast was a bit disappointing: toast, cereal, some fruit, and cucumbers and tomatoes. One gentleman asked for coffee and the attendant pointed to the machine and said "it's all there", but when I looked at the machine, all the coffee options said "unavailable". The machine needed some cleaning as well. The selection of teas were quite nice though. The location is decent, about 10 min walk from the start of the Avenida da Liberdade. They do have a kitchen on the ground floor if you preferred to cook your own meal (which would have been better than the disappointing dinner I had). They offer walking tours too which is cool. Typical hostel experience.

Good hostel, decent breakfast - limited choice but what was available was tasty and fresh. Rooms was well ventilated, clean bathroom and most beds are very private with wooden sides to block out the light and noise.

We found bedbugs in our room, me and my wife got bits all over our body.

The bathroom was too small for multiple people to use, and the lockers were not convenient for storing luggage. It was also inconvenient that there were no curtains on each bed, and it was a bit noisy at night. The location was good, but there are many hostels that are better overall, so I don't think I will visit again.

Overall, a decent stay. Location good but the room had a smell.

The overall environment was clean and staffs were friendly. Didn't enjoy breakfast as there were limited items to choose from. Location was easy to access and outdoor activities was nice.

24 hour check in available with eateries nearby even late at night. Friendly staff. Breakfast is very basic, but value for money if you are on a budget!

There are two lift l, but none of them were working properly. The location and staff is amazing and helpful.

A great place to stay for a short vacation. Hair dryer need to borrow from the reception. Be aware of the old elevators, you can get stuck sometimes.

Good staff. Nice behaviour. Nice location. Clean room. Easy to find restaurant.
