The room was light and airy and king bed was beautiful and very comfortable. However, I can’t help think that the finishing of the shower was rushed as already the sealing of the tiles is discoloured and as the hotel only opened in October, this really should not be the case. The tiles of the shower are sharp edged in places and was not pleasant to feel under the foot. The food I would say was average. And I think there is room for improvement there. The salad at evening dinner was dry and the bread very hard. It is impressive the way it has been built and the sliding doors in the rooms are gorgeous solid wood. The balcony in itself was large and stunning overlooking the ocean. Cannot comment on the pool or it’s services surrounding outside as e did not use them. The hotel has a lot of marble which is impressive but caution on the foot when it has been raining.

We stayed at Time Out Hotel from 20/11 for 2 weeks. Reviews were quite mixed, however we had no reason to worry at all. We booked a pool view room as reviews had stated this was a bit quieter than rooms by the bar. We arrived at the hotel about 2pm and our room wasn't ready, so we put our case in the luggage room got changed and went to the pool. Our room 317 was ready by 4pm and had a lovely pool view. Our room was immaculately clean , bright, 2 comfortable queen beds, plenty of storage, great bathroom with walk in shower, fridge, tea and coffee and great AC. Great balcony which was always in the shade. You could hear some noise from the bar, however the music wasn't on late and it didn't disturb us at all. We found the staff at the hotel to be very helpful and friendly. Pool area was great and no problem getting a bed. Pool towels were an added bonus. As you come out of the hotel Dover beach is just over the road which was lovely. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. We loved everywhere that we ate, food was gorgeous and of course fresh fish amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the first time staying in the south prior to that we always stayed on the west coast, palm garden is in a great location away from the road and so you can’t hear the traffic like you can when on the west, there are also no cockerels waking you up either, and the beds the the comfiest I’ve stayed in so gets a 10 for sleep ! We had lots of interaction with staff and all positive the manager is lovely, Carmelita, cleaning staff and any issues were sorted out. Yes breakfast is slow but it’s lovely my son had waffles / pancakes/ scrambled egg etc and fresh juice. If you don’t want to wait the gap and rockley is a 5 -10 min walk and lots of buses to pick you up, we hired a car so out every day. The pool is great to chill in the morning and I saw it being maintained while I was here. You get what you pay for, I’ve travelled a lot around the world and this place allows you to travel on a budget, I was nervous due to the bad reviews but I need not have worried. There are so many places to eat and drink locally Worthing square is nice around the corner. The gardens are well kept and gardener does a good job. They carry out maintenance in the rooms I saw them painting and rooms are always clean on return after the day. For the money paid I would stay again 👍

This hotel was exactly what we needed. From the beginning the service over the telephone was outstanding. Everyone was super helpful and kind over the phone. A special mention to Graham who arranged our taxi with Colin aka Taximan 246. Colin was right on time and took us safely to and from the airport. He was an amazing driver. We even hired him for other occasions. The staff in general was always wearing a smile and let me tell you CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. The rooms were spotless and bed was comfortable. We were right on the Gap which made moving around even easier. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that isn't looking for luxury but is just needing a very warm clean reasonably priced accommodation in Barbados and on the St Lawrence Gap. The Hilton Barbados is in a great location with Pebbles Beach steps away and Cuzz’s Fish Stand for the best fish cutter on the island. The staff was very helpful and accommodating during the busiest time of the year, Crop Over. The infinity was nice and not crowded. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book there again for future trips to Barbados.

I had a lovely 10 night stay here in room 19, inside the grounds few seconds from the pool. The room had modern interior, very clean and had all the necessities (mini kitchen, safety deposit box, AC in the bedroom and ceiling fans) I felt safe staying here as a solo female traveller, it’s close to Holetown just a 10-12mins walk. Sandra’s food van is also close by on Sandy Lane. Easy transport links to other areas of Barbados. This resort was clean and the pool was well kept. The staff are extremely friendly and deliver great customer service, shout out to my two favourite bar staff who are great fun and make delicious cocktails “Tristan and Zach” these two made my evenings! I would come back just because of the staff! Linda, Kelly, Maria (assistant manager), Maryvn, Ashanti! All the staff here will help you enjoy your stay. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the food. There are limited food options and the menu must be revised to offer local Bajan food (fish cakes, macaroni pie, rice and peas, fish, baked/fried chicken) and typical holiday food (chicken wings, chicken *****s, nibbles etc)
