very clean, very good location had to run down to reception at 9pm to get late checkout as i forgot and they were lovely.

Good stay handy location for the events arena & Liverpool 1 . Reasonable buffet breakfast. Only thing which slight let it down was the shower curtain had quiet visible marks all down it like recent paint which came off in the water!

位於市中心，旁有購物中心，緊鄰碼頭，因為附近有政府機構，治安相對安全。 樓下有Tesco express 開到晚上11點，不論是購買早餐還是宵夜都很方便。 服務人員親切的給了我們高樓層的景觀房。 房內整體舒適。 不方便的部分是吹風機要向櫃檯提前借。 浴室沒有提供任何清潔用品，且濕氣悶很久的臭味需要改進。

We stayed at the Liverpool strand hotel between the 26th and 28th September, when we arrived we received no warning of the fact that there was no hot water in the building, a fact later established when looking on Twitter/X. Why were we allowed to check in when there was no hot water, why was this not mentioned? The hot water didn’t come back on till 9:15 pm on the 27th. This is unacceptable.

No hot water in the shower made my stay very unpleasant. A lot of guests were complaining, but there was nothing the staff could do about it.

The room was nice size but it was quiet dusty in the room it set off allergies and could see the dust on the picture apart from that we had a great stay

We decided last minute to stay over in Liverpool the room was very well priced, the hotels location was perfect for us as we liked to visit the docks and shopping centre. The room was clean and comfortable only problem was the parking the car park was so expensive so we had to find somewhere else to park but other than that I’d highly recommend this hotel

Great position snd comfy rooms. Friendly check in. Let down by fire alarms going off twice in one 8 hour period.

Dreadful Hotel. Fittings missing. Toilet leaking and smellofpee. Noise level from outside ridiculous. Food disgusting and inedible. We spent over £900 for 6 nights stay for a special birthday. We have never been so disgusted with a hotel like this before

Not bad for the price midweek, you get what you pay for here so over all it wasn’t too bad, quite modern, very small baths i didnt get that what so ever ?, great location for everything in liverpool. Reception staff very pleasant, One let down was overall cleanliness of room was a bit poor bin full on arrival & i noticed chewing gum stuck to a side mirror but not really a big issue for us, A tip the strand is constantly flowing with traffic! keep your windows closed for a decent sleep. I would stay here again.
