I would give this hotel 5star but most of the pool area is shaded. However, the food is one of the best all inclusive hotels we have stayed at, Jackie the bar maid is amazing and he customer service is second to none. Amazing hotel would definitely recommend thank you so much ❤️

Just come back from a solo 4-night stay, stayed in room 362. I loved it! Will definitely coming back if I visit Lloret de mar again. CLEANLINESS All areas were kept immaculately clean. Saw the pool being cleaned every morning. Housekeeper came every morning. The poolside was always very clean, ashtrays emptied often, glasses taken away etc. STAFF Staff were friendly, helpful and always seemed to be working hard, nobody stood around doing nothing. HOTEL The layout of the hotel was fantastic. Elevator worked perfectly. Reception area very large with lots of seating. Locked luggage safe cupboard to use. Checkout was 10am but my flight home wasn't until 10pm so they allowed me to still use the hotel facilities to wait (though the do cut off your all-inclusive wrist band). POOL I did not use the pool but sat poolside at least once a day. BAR Good selection of drinks to chose from from the poolside bar (only drinks with a heart next to them were included on the all inclusive - all the others were at a 50% discount for all inclusive guests). LOCATION The location was great. Less than a 5 minute, flat walk to the beach. Main shop/restaurant area was a 10-15 minute, flat, walk away. This hotel is on the quieter, more family focused side of Lloret de mar, the other side being a lot more clubby and loud. DINING ROOM The restaurant was okay, nothing to write home about. Options changed each day with a few staples remaining (pizza, chips, plain pasta etc). Buffet area always kept clean and tidy. Plenty of seating and also a bar within the restaurant. ROOM The room was lovely, the bed very comfy, air con in the room, plenty of lighting, nice bathroom and fully working shower. Bottles of water and some snacks provided as I entered the room. In-room fridge nice and cool. Plenty of room in there for 1-2 people. Overall I loved my stay here and will be coming back :) Disliked · BUFFET FOOD TO BE HOTTER I would have liked the buffet food to be hotter. A lot of the time when you sat down to eat it, a lot of it was only luke warm. I would have liked it to be kept hot, or at least the plates warmed. AIR CON NOT COLD ENOUGH The air con in the room can only be set to a min temp of 21. That was fine for the time I stayed there, but at peak summer I can see this being an issue, it was also a little hard to work the thermostat and instructions not very clear. POOL VIEW FROM THE ROAD I did not use the pool during my stay, mainly because of the view from the roadside. People wait outside of the restaurant for transport etc and can see straight in. I would have liked this to be more private, maybe some privacy screening needs to be implemented?

The Hotel was ok the food was eatable but not a four star food. Swimming area was nice. The rooms were nice but very small. And the staff was so rude. I have never experienced this before. They were very angry. The cleaning crew don’t care if you don’t want your room cleaned they just burst in the door and start cleaning even if you ask them to not clean.

Stayed for 3 nights all inclusive as a group of 4 women in 2 rooms. HIGHLIGHTS * all staff friendly and provide a high level of customer service. * great location 2 min walk from beach * all areas very clean and modern. * stayed in the new block which looks to have refurbished. * bedrooms were stylish, clean with comfy beds and a great nights sleep. Air con, safe ( additional charge) and hair dryer in room. * great selection of drinks on the all inclusive aswell as mid day snacks! What could have been better…. * we have a nightmare with the shower. Lovely rain shower however the lip on the shower edge collected water and everyone within minutes the floor would just flood! * I have stayed in 4* hotels before and unfortunately the food and breakfast, lunch and dinner was not great. Luke warm and not what you would expect for a 4* hotel. We ate out 2 out of the 3 nights. * outside the hotel on the Main Street seems to be where a lot of hotel guest are picked up and dropped off by coaches and even picked up for trips. The glass walls around the pool allow for everyone standing waiting to be just staring in at you sunbathing and this was not subtle! Maybe it could be more private. The hotel ticked a lot of our boxes on what we we were looking for and was at a great price. Even with areas to improve it wouldn’t stop me booking again.

Good hotel in excellent location. I liked this hotel, the staff were lovely and friendly and I upgraded to a suite which was gorgeous with wonderful views. We had such a good break thank you to all the staff.

Booked all inclusive with 2 friends Friday to Monday. The location was brilliant, literally a 5 min walk to the beach ,bars and restaurants. Super market,atms close by. Staff were great,nice selection of food and that's coming from a veggie. We only had breakfast and evening meal didn't feel thr need to nip back for food. Rooms nice and clean great air conditioning. Selected drinks were included in are package If we chose branded drinks it was with a 50% discount. We had a few dips in the poole For the amount we paid and location no complaints
