Hotel Metropol

Quelques galères pour retrouver notre réservation mais belle Hotel. Très bon emplacement, rien à dire côté propreté, très beau petit déjeuner, terrasse côté balcon un peu petite..

Plus side of hotel is its very clean and breakfast has a good selection. Down sides is hotel is behind the town hall so no beach front we paid for a terrace and given an end room terrace very small. Bathroom has no door just a shower in the room and the toilet no privacy. The ‘swimming pool’ erm there isn’t one it’s a kids pool size with space for 6 sunbeds. The staff were lovely apart from the male receptionist with dark hair and beard he was rude and didn’t like people! Make sure you don’t land in Barcelona as transfer time took 3hrs 25mins drop off and just over 2 hrs going home.

This was a fantastic hotel,the staff were amazing .The location was excellent .Room was spacious and clean .Will definitely be returning and hope to see the nicest guy on reception once again .We will see you soon .There is a very small swimming pool on the roof of the hotel but the beach is a 2 min walk with amazing resturants .Loved route 66 .

Positives...location. Right bang in the middle of Lloret 2 min to beach. Clean with good quality bedding and towels. Breakfast exceptional. Negatives.. No kettle in room Room small No bathroom.as such a shower cubicle and seperate loo both with glass doors. Pay extra for balcony. No hospitality shower room which was horrid due to fact transfer wasnt till 19.30 so either pay £45 to have your room until 6pm or go without a shower . Unfortunetly our room.wasnt available to had to do without a shower. No pool just a 50ch paddle pool on rooftop. Air con shocking

One of the best locations in Lloret, a stone's throw from the sea front and adjacent to the lovely row of covered outdoor restaurants on the front. Not all rooms have balconies, and ours didn't, but it was a lovely and very clean room. We have to mention the exceptional service we received from Reception, Kate and Julio in particular. I made a tiny mistake and we missed our return flight by a full 24 hours !!! So, stranded at Girona Airport at 3am, having checked-out. I had to book the next available flights on my laptop and phoned the hotel to see if they could take us back. (This was further complicated by having lost my wallet and all my bank cards to a pickpocket the night before). They booked us straight back in using our son's debit card details, and we were back in a new room by 5.30am, for an unexpected extra 3 days. Without their prompt and caring service we would have been extremely stuck in the early hours of the morning. Highly recommended in every way. Thank you guys.

Went in November as got flights and this hotel very cheap, was a pleasant experience, can't fault anything worth mentioning. Room was decent, and sound insulation wasn't bad. Would be nice if the rooftop pool was deeper maybe
