As we arrived staff greeted us, and were very helpful. Check in was easy. Room was very clean, very comfortable beds, coffee machine and everything we needed, including soft robes. Pool was nice a little cold but the hot tub was very warm so very much enjoyed. Again all areas were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, some bits were alittle cold, but the chef cooked me poached eggs to perfection, and was a good range of cereals, pastries. All in all a very good stay and hope to go back Thank you Montcalm East 🙂

Let me start by saying I have eaten at Nobu (Mayfair) more than once and have been fortunate to spend a lot of time in lovely hotels across the world. So, on the upside, the hotel is very nice! Friendly tip - spoon shaped key needs to be inserted next to bathroom door to activate electrics. I had a chat with concierge and they said that figuring this out in ten minutes put me in top 10%! On the negative, service is really not good. Very slow check in. 10+ minutes from point of arrival to get key. And trying to extend stay by one night was painful. Two trips both in excess of 10 minutes each. Breakfast service was terrible. I had to tell server (who was relaxing at the back of the restaurant) that there were no glasses left for juice (there were 8 people in the restaurant at this point). It took more than 15 minutes to get a coffee. Saw table next to us was offered a la carte menu. No idea if that was an option for us as never offered. When toasting my bread I could see employees shouting at each other in the kitchen. When checking out I was told there were extras on my account. I asked what. One was service charge for breakfast. It was a buffet! I asked them to justify and was told it was optional. This left a bad taste as I am sure most travellers do not even notice this. Overall, wanted to love this place but overall sense that it is just cashing in on Nobu name with no substance. However, big shout out to concierge on night of 29 May. Great guy

As I’m arriving with my luggage, I’m greeted with two employees that walk outside from the hotel to help me with my bags and assist me to the check-in desk. They assisted with my luggage and introduced all the amenities in my room. A great welcoming after a 12hr travel. I stayed in the Montcalm room. This room was astonishing and so comfortable. Lighting, heated bathroom floors, and a very comfortable bed. Dining: 10/10 room service, but they also provide an amazing dining experiences located at the rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff is beyond amazing and provided the best hospitality I’ve ever received. I am traveling from the states and will come back to stay here again!

I wanted to be near a friend living in Islington, and this hotel could not have been more perfect. It is elegant, friendly, has excellent amenities, and is in the heart of one of London’s hippest neighborhoods—absolutely fantastic restaurants nearby, as well as the superb Bibo in the hotel itself. There is also a lovely terrace and pool at the Mondrian—great for an afternoon swim and drinks. Although i was probably the oldest person at the hotel, the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

Staff at the hotel front desk are extremely helpful! The hotel is well designed in modern style, like it every bit in the details.Location is convenient with good shopping malls and restaurant nearby, subway Liverpool station is 10-min walk from the hotel. I would like to say what a wonderful time we had at this beautiful hotel over the weekend. We were only 1 night and wished we had booked more. I would especially like to thank Zaema for her happy, friendly, helpful manner. She is a credit to you and your team. Nothing was too much trouble helping with tube instructions and timings and the hand written note left in our room was an especially lovely touch.

The butler delivered to our room bottled water bowls cute wicker bed and treats The Ned is quirky stylish and fun.The Turkish baths and spa are a great retreat away from City life . Drinks on the roof top bar set us up for Dining in the exclusive club style vault restaurant We have dined in the hotels Italian restaurant on previous stays which was first rate too

Service was nice. Hotels AC didn’t cool enough. Was fixed at 73 degrees …. My friends room the same. Location was fantastic. I had to leave a day early - wouldn’t get a refund (from trip.con or hotel) even with proof of earlier booked flight. So that was disappointing.

The apartment I stayed in was pristine. The modern take to the style of the apartment is most definitely attractive to those who are looking for a city living experience. The location was just outside central London ( 15 min via tube to the city) with a tube station 10 minutes away from the apartment. The service was great as staff where friendly and helpful. The surround in area to the location was thriving with restaurants and bars with corner shops; continently placed near by. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a modern apartment at affordable rates. Perfect for couples and solo trips.

We stayed here for one night on Tuesday 20th Feb in rooms 302 & 306. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Old Street station - you turn right just passed the Sainsburys local shop and it is just around the corner. We checked in around 4pm - the 2 members of staff who checked us in were very polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were a very good size with a huge TV opposite the bed and a seating area with fridge and 2 bottles of complimentary water in the room. The shower room was a good size and the shower was a double unit so plenty of room to move with a rain shower and a hand held attachment which could be taken off the wall. There is good quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower and handwash and body wash by the sink. There is a hairdryer and iron/ironing board in the room. Tea & coffee is also provided. The double bed was very comfortable with high quality bed linen Breakfast was included - there was plenty of choice. Cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, croissants, bread, jams, marmalade, orange or apple juice, selection of teas and coffee. The hot selection included bacon. beans, eggs, sausage, mushrooms and tomato and was all very tasty. Cannot fault the service at this hotel and it is all spotless. Check in was very efficient. The room card is required to use the lift from the ground floor - this did seem to be a bit hit and miss and sometimes we had to scan it 4 or 5 times before it worked.

We stayed at the Hoxton in a room for two with a full bed and liked it very much. The location is fabulous, as there are convenience stores, quick eats and a metro station just nearby. Shoreditch is tons of fun for a traveler who wants good nightlife, though it wouldn’t be the best fit for a family or for a traveler who wants a more mellow experience. As you enter, there is a large cafe/restaurant seating area in the lobby, which is remnant of the coffee shop in the TV show “Friends”. Same vibe! There’s good service for the cafe/restaurant, and all charges can simply be added to your room bill. The folks at the friend desk were very nice and helpful. After check in, you can take one of two elevators up to your room. The elevators were very quick- we never waiting for than a minute and we were there on a weekend! The room it self was exactly what we wanted. Clean, tidy and cozy. There wasn’t a ton of excess space, but that was perfect as we didn’t want to pay for a big, lavish room. All of the furniture seemed new, and the TV was hooked up so we could surf the channels when we had a moment. There was also a modern radio appliance, which had a USB that could let you charge devices. There was also a refrigerator and a safe for valuables. Additionally, they included a nifty map of London, which really came in handy for a first time visitor like myself. The bathroom’s fixtures all seemed new- everything was clean, and the shower was strong and spacious. There were plenty of towels as well and a great mirror with excellent lighting for getting ready. The only thing I wished was that there was an electrical outlet in the bathroom, but I didn’t find one. We didn’t have much of a view but that was okay- the curtains were strong and totally kept the light out in the mornings (which was great because we had some long nights.) All in all, I loved staying here- this is a perfect location for somebody staying in Shoreditch who wants a nice, clean, but well priced place to stay. I will absolutely stay here again when in Shoreditch!

通過super break達成這個便宜的交易,兩晚住宿加早餐,第一晚享受一頓免費晚餐!兩人一共是240英鎊,如果我早訂一天,價格更能便宜40英鎊!雖然我們想看“獅子王”,但還是認為薊花城市望樓代表不錯性價。之前我們住過很多倫敦酒店,不太怕到西區的這段距離。加上從這裏去看市長就職遊行(Lord Mayors parade)也很方便。 現在長話短說,我有充足理由警告,不要讓禮賓幫你安排出租車,他和一個私車公司是合夥的,此人除了不怎麼會說英文,還狂要價。我們看音樂劇遲到20分鐘也拜他安排的車所賜。如果你需要打車,酒店門口附近大部分時間都可以叫到黑色出租車,基本上都比較誠實可靠! 除了位置,房間和浴室陳舊這些缺點,登記入住也毫無組織,很多人都遇到插隊現象,着實讓人惱火。 優點是第一晚的食物分量足,質量好。如果沒有包在價格裏,我們要額外支付67英鎊,不包括葡萄酒。 早餐有待改善,但還行!

Lokalizacja hotelu wmiare dobra. Wygląd wnętrza bardzo nowoczesna ?, kolorowa. Bardzo fajna. Pokoje czyste. Ale bez podstawowego wyposażenia w pokoju nie było szusarki do włosów? Było żelazko. Był ekspres do kawy ale nie było łóżeczek. Hotel zablokował na karcie kaucję , za noclegi zapłaciłem dużo wcześniej z góry,. Barek w pokoju był pusty. Brak wody butelkowanej do picia.
