After a 12 hour flight, staying at Moxy was a welcome relief. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They explained everything we needed to know so we could enjoy our stay. The room was spacious for a family of 4, it was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. There was a large selection of food and drinks ajd was a great wah to start the day. There is a small gym on the ground floor which is well stocked with a variety of exercise equipment. The theme and decor of the hotel is modern and artistic. Locstion wise, it is easy to get to from Heathrow Airport. Overall, we had a great stay and wished it could have been longer.

Though we checked-in late at night, the counter staff explained clearly to us on all the related matters for staying four days. Nearby heritage ‘Hall Place and Gardens within walking distance worth visiting. Shall have Fitness facilities but could not locate.

It’s been a home-warm trip for us while we stayed in this hotel for two weeks. First of all, we could be granted an early check-in as we arrived at Sutton. That allowed us to settle right after the long flight. It’s really out of our expectation! Secondly, the room is spacious and the air-conditioning was just right for good sleep. We did come across some difficulties in the shower facilities. But the reception & the maintenance team were very helpful. In fact, the team tried to solve the problem disregarding how late it was. That’s really impressive! Also, the breakfast was rich with healthy varieties. Therefore, we did eat quite a lot without gaining much weight! With the plan of revisiting the place, we would like to suggest that setting up self-help laundry service which may give us much help in the future. Thanks again with our heart-felt appreciation!

The perfect hotel to enjoy the view of London as it is an attraction itself. You can enjoy the sunset and sunrise as you are chilling on bed with your beloved. The service is really amazing and efficient. The breakfast is really good and full of diverse foods. Sky pool and spa were closed but we have enjoyed it before and it was amazing. The only negative point to be fair is the gym which is not amazingly equipped in term of lifting equipment. I definitely recommend this hotel for every couple that want to have an unforgettable stay in London.

Visited for business reasons - the hotel inside is absolutely immaculate, very comfortable and excellent rooms. Breakfast was delicious and a good spread. The location isn't excellent and from the outside it doesn't look that impressive but overall I can't fault it. Would definitely stay again!

Good points - price reasonable for the location. Felt much safer than I did in a grotty Travelodge. Nice and warm on a chilly night. Literally a couple of minutes' walk from Kings Cross. Not so good points - WiFi didn't work for the entire duration of my stay, so if you're looking for a hotel for a business trip stay somewhere else. This Premier Inn, unlike others I have used, skimps royally on the tea and coffee in the rooms. Finally, they charge twelve pounds for breakfast - and I'm sorry, no hotel breakfast is worth that much. Still, I suppose they have to fund those ”free” breakfasts for children somehow ..

Spent a night at Premier Inn before my early morning flight the next day and was staggered at how perfect it was. The hotel is like a mini town with restaurants, bars and other amenities.checking in was dead easy and there are always team members around to help. And like me you can catch the Hoppa Bus from outside the hotel to Heathrow. Highly recommended

The hotel was as expected, staff helpful. However the usb hubs in the room didn’t function and there was no indication that they didn’t so having arrived late evening with a busy three days work ahead, I then woke up to a Flat phone and iPad. Reception then told me, on my enquiry that only the refurbished rooms had functioning sockets but plugs were available in the shop area. At £17 each I was unimpressed as I had no time to get down to the shops and get some charge going before my working day. Small things can cause unnecessary anxiety to solo female travellers and no phone is at the top of the list. So hence my poor rating. Food also was expensive and very average, go elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel, great location however the tiniest double room I’ve stayed in. I bumped my elbows opening the door into the ensuite and my (admittedly large) suitcase couldn’t be open at the same time as the wardrobe door.

Hotel London City is in a really good location. It’s a short walk to Farringdon Station where you have railway links, tube stations and also Heathrow express links. The hotel itself was pretty basic and the bar closed at 11.30pm. You can however purchase drinks from a fridge but not much of a selection. The staff were helpful and the hotel was very clean. Overall stay was good. Best thing is the location of the hotel.
