位置偏遠，周邊除了一家小超市，基本沒有商業；不提供一次性洗漱用品；如果睡眠質量差不建議入住；一直會有火車聲音（好像12點左右結束，到凌晨4點多又開始了）；最大優點就是交通便利，就在地鐵皮卡迪利線諾斯菲爾德站出口對面，到希斯羅機場好像6,7站（20分鐘內能到）；到市區大概還有10幾站（30分鐘左右到國王十字），另外早餐是意外驚喜，7磅一位，自助早餐，飲料咖啡，麪包，水果，蛋糕等很齊全，這個早餐性價比不錯，建議辦理入住時購買（現場買9磅一位）

Booked in August last year 2 rooms for an 8 night stay in 30 days time. Now I received a notification from booking.com that the property canceled my booking because of an invalid card. This can't be true, as they had already preauthorized my card and I have funds in the card. Tried calling at the hotel and the receptionist on duty said that they don't deal with this situation and she recommended sending an email. I have sent 2 emails and no answer whatsoever. I called again and ask them to pass me to the reservation department but she said it was not possible cause there was no one, asked to speak to the manager Stefan, the same person that answers the reviews on this page but ”he's not here at the moment”. This is very unprofessional and now we need to find another alternative in London at expensive price cause it is only 30 days to go and it's the Easter period. Do not book here. It's a scam, fraud, and corruption!!!.

Really disappointed with this hotel and wouldn’t recommend. The bathroom is so small that you can only open the door halfway as it hits the sink, you then have to close the door to get to the shower. The bed is on the small side and it would be nice if there was a mattress on top of what feels like wooden planks. Tea and coffee, hope you’re not thirsty, you get 2 teabags and 2 coffee sachets. Great to listen to the person in the floor above, pee, stop, pee a bit more, stop. The room looks out in the main road and the bedroom is lit up all night. Breakfast is - throw all the items into the deep fat fryer.

Clean and decent room for a solo traveler just stays for a night to catch early morning flight. Staff at the front desk (I think his name is Mohit) is with a good manner and very helpful with guiding the transportation back to terminals.

Excellent customer service, great room with all we needed. Parking was brilliant value and easy to organise at hotel. Highly recommend , good access to transport as well.

Bathroom stank of wee and the guests around the room were extremely noisy. I know that it's the festive season so I can't be upset about the guests but the wee smell is unacceptable. Was very unimpressed overall. Just a room!
