Es war wirklich ein super Aufenthalt. Grace und Mihail waren sehr zuvorkommend und der Service hat super gepasst. Lage des Hotels ist empfehlenswert da sehr zentral.

酒店非常具有歷史感，整體的裝修也非常不錯，但是房間沒有任何熱水或者咖啡機，非常不方便，前台的行李員非常熱情，但是辦理入住的一位先生非常令人失望 酒店屬於高端酒店，地理位置很好，酒店裡有著名的酒吧和餐廳 房間打掃也非常的不到位，不是沒有放廁所紙，就是忘記淋浴的底墊，總而言之感覺管理不善

每一個瞬間都有被驚艷到的科林西亞。 搜了一圈，大家都非常推薦的一家！果然很驚艷。下車後工作人員第一時間過來幫拿行李，幫開車門，第一印象就是滿分。 前台入住也很快速，我們一點多到的酒店，正常三點入住，房間已經提前打掃好，工作人員攜我們進了房間，並且介紹了房間的一些具體設施。很快行李箱也幫我們送到了酒店。電梯很有特點，上方有一個鐘來顯示樓層，給人一種很不一樣的感覺。 酒店的服務無微不至，相信大家很多時候如果需要Room service，如果説不太清楚或者交流起來有一些障礙會很頭疼，但是這裏衹需要掃酒店桌子上的碼，就可以直接通過What’s app實時交流，超級無敵方便，要了熨燙機和轉換頭，很快就送過來了。酒店的拖鞋也很特別，非常厚實，腳感很好。 房間都配備浴缸和加熱器，畢竟是Spa酒店，號稱是最牛Spa酒店的Spa設施確實厲害，房間的樓層有直通Spa區域的電梯，桑拿池和泡池非常舒服，每天都來泡，到晚上九點，要是時間能再晚點就好了。 早餐很棒，水果很新鮮，蛋類做的也很出彩。 當然不可能什麼都是那麼完美，還是有一些小的細節問題，酒店員工大部分都很友好，看到你會打招呼，親切的問候，但是也有一些員工看到你會一句話也不説，還上下打量，這讓人有一些小小的不舒服。我們入住的房間由於構造問題似乎和隔壁房間是連通的，我們住了三個晚上，第二個晚上對面聲音比較大，影響到了我們休息，第二天第一時間聯繫了酒店，也很好的做了處理，原本説給我們換房間，因為我們行李太多，實在是不想搬，酒店説和隔壁的住客做了交流，果然最後一個夜晚非常安靜，愉快的度過了，酒店也表達了誠意，能夠感受到他們的態度。 總而言之是一次整體讓人非常滿意的旅行，如果下次來倫敦，我還會選擇這裏。

Great location with Art Deco touches, and a great breakfast, well managed in people terms as well. Unfortunately, the room has poor design, obscure glass divide between bathroom and bedroom so middle of the night bathroom visits bleed light to the bedroom. Very heavy front doors which slam shut banging loudly and can wake you. Road noise as single glazed which may be due to Art Deco frame? Crittle? With some better design focus this would be a great hotel.

My favourite hotel in London!!! The best breakfast in a gorgeous room! The staff are all so nice and having a pool in the centre of London is a bonus!!

We booked a suit for the a 1 night stay at the price of £284. We had a 3pm checkin but our room was not ready until after 4pm, despite being at the hotel from 12:30. The room was not great! It had ripped carpet, crumbs on the floor, desk chair broken. No toiletries, no water in the room. The pressure on the shower was also low. We went to the bar at 4:30 for a drink. It was not busy and was advised its table service only. We waited 15 or so minutes but no service, staff were seen to be huddled to the left of the bar chatting, despite multiple attempts To get one’s attention but failed, so we left along with 2 other tables. We used the pool, this was cold, but is very relaxing, steam room and sauna had plenty of room. There was a bad smell of sewage in the spa. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and the quality was Adequate. Luka at the concierge desk was very attentive and observant. This is our third stay at this hotel and 9th stay at the chain. The quality of this hotel does not meet other hotels in the chain.

Be careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel. When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied. Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS. In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates. This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed. It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.

冷氣足，牀很舒服。房間偏小但位置取勝。前台服務非常專业，我不吃酒店早餐前台另外推薦喝咖啡的店。

The room we had, 216, was ”dated”. With an a/c unit from the late 70s early 80s The bath/shower was very high to step into. Basin slower to empty than a politician keeping a promise and the plug needed resetting to flow out. The toilet was a handle flush which needed to be ”pumped”. We called maintenance as the only plug outlets in the room were set just above the floor and we could not use the kettle provided Two of the lifts were out of order for much of our stay causing us to walk down the stairs as by the time it came down from above in the m, there was no room left. Saying that, the issues were attended to and the staff were wonderfully courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was simple. Nothing flash but filling and acceptable. Would we stay again? Probably not as this is an instance where the staff are let down by the property.
