Such a Great Location & the Staff is Amazing! It’s located right next to Kings Cross & Coal Drop Yards which is convenient. Check in is simple & they even let you leave your luggage for free if you get their early & after your check out. The staff is so kind, to the front desk, Maintenance, Cleaning Crew & Management. I love how the beds you can change the color of the Lighting. There are plugs for your phone & a locker to store your stuff. Also a bar to hang socks or a Towel. They have a huge lounge area where you can chill or work & a kitchen. Pretty big kitchen, great way to save $ while traveling! Bathrooms are always clean & always hot water. They have events throughout the week which is great for connecting with new people. You can tell the staff is like family here & genuine souls! Definitely suggest checking out this Hostel when traveling to London! My next trip into London, I’ll definitely be staying here. 💚

I had a great stay. The beds are super comfortable and I like the white clean bed linen. The light and outlet on my bed didn’t work and it got fixed within 30minutes. People were nice and it was a good atmosphere in the room, everyone was considerate. Location is great, near train stations and all shops around.

As a solo traveler and remote worker, PubLove @ the Exmouth Arms in Euston was a fantastic find. Its central location provided easy access to the city's attractions, while the clean and comfortable accommodations made it a welcoming retreat. Good: The main thing going for this place is its location. Tbh for its price it wouldn't be worth it if it was anywhere less central and convenient than this. It is the sheer convenience of the location that makes it a passable place that I'd book again if I needed somewhere affordable this central as a solo traveller. There were also plenty of plug sockets, and late check in was possible. It seemed fairly clean in general. Less Good: The rooms are very small and cramped. The 9 bed dorms are a small room with 3 x triple bunk beds. It feels like trying to cram as many people as possible in. You cannot sit up in the bunk beds because of the space available It was very hot in the room and this was late October. I cannot imagine what it is like in the summer. People turned the lights on at 3am and there is one light switch by the door that turns ALL the lights on in the dorm. A good solution that I've seen at other hostels would be installing individual bedside stile lights in/by the bunks or running the lights on a timer so that people can't turn them on at ridiculous times. Also, the toilet seat was kind of broken.

I had a horrible experience with a female staff member being rude and aggressive after initially pretending to be nice. Both she and another female staffer then prevented a helpful male staff member from helping me. When she was reported to the team leader he made threats to cancel my (the victim’s) booking and to also blacklist me from staying at all Safe stays and made unfounded untrue claims of complaints. The female staff member named D prevented a staff member from doing his cleaning job by physically holding him back from changing a bed and helping me move to a female dorm then she literally tried to grab my phone when I was about to email the hostel manager and senior manager at Head office to complain. Furthermore she lied to her team leader and stated that I was trying to film her. Apparently she then threatened to quit instead of apologising for her misconduct. I was trying to email the manager on my phone to complain about her misconduct when she tried to grab my phone from me! Several people shared with me similar experiences they had . Some staff were very helpful and lovely. An employee who has been unkind to a customer should have disciplinary action taken against them. A staff member should apologise and not try and gang up against a customer. No one has the right to put their hands on your personal phone. She never apologised. The team leader Alex also did not apologise for her misconduct. Bullying and threats were being used to silence someone who had been treated unfairly and unprofessionally. Fortunately the staff at the head office were very helpful and the manager was contacted to stop the discrimination and bullying and threats towards a customer. I was made to stand for hours despite being injured and recovering therefore my legs and feet were swollen and painful as a result and it was emotionally stressful to deal with unprofessional behaviour. I did not feel safe at all and called the Head office for assistance. The aggressive behaviour of the three staffers had a negative impact on me and my health. I made it clear to the Team leader that I did not want any further contact with the particularly mean staffer named Doaa and I gave feedback to the head office and was assured that the manager would assist me to make my stay better. Previously the team leader Alex had threatened “I don’t care if I lose my job here at Safestay but I will cancel your booking.” Why the shocking hatred and discrimination towards a customer? I was very upset and missed my meetings and attending the Opera which was also on my list of things to do. Later I discovered the light was not working in the room they had assigned to me and the toilets were clogged. The whole night there was a man snoring beneath me and I couldn’t sleep. It has been a horrible experience. We had a photoshoot pre planned for the next 7-10 days in the beautiful Holland Park and needed a convenient Female dorm or single room to arrange and prepare. Very clean hostel.lovely kitchen and courtyard lovely showers plenty of pressure.very friendly staff who where helpful and nothing was to much trouble .I would recommend the yha at earls court to anyone coming to london for a visit .I've already booked to come back.

I used to use this hostel back when it was under YHA management. I’ve always picked it for its close proximity to Euston and King’s Cross. This is the first time I’ve been back since it changed hands. Glad to report that the hostel is still as it was. Polite and helpful staff, modern rooms with beds that have individual lights and charging sockets, lockers for valuables, clean and well kept bathrooms, a bar area downstairs to eat and have drinks if you desire. I stayed in a 6-bed female only dorm and was happy with my stay. Bed was comfortable, my items were safe (locks can be purchased behind the reception for £4), and the sockets can charge multiple devices with the dual USB sockets + a regular 3-pronged socket. Will advise that you turn the main room light off when you want go to sleep as my co-inhibitors left the main light on all night on my last night for some reason. The one area they could improve on was having another pillow on the beds. Mine was so used that it was mostly flat and made very little difference to my comfort.

I'm a big YHA fan and have stayed in many wonderful hostels around the country. This experience was without question the worst. We were in a room on the top floor that was ridiculously hot and uncomfortable. Even in the morning when the temperature outside was 15 degrees, inside the room it was still hot and stuffy. The night before and overnight when it was warmer outside was worse / hell. They know it is too hot as they place a large fan in the room, but turning this on is just noisy and not conducive to sleep / just blows warm air over you. The windows hardly open and certainly not enough for any form of breeze to come through. Due to the heat, my daughter got 1-2 hours sleep. I got just 4 hours sleep. We needed large amounts of water to get through the night. It was also the room not the hostel as communal areas had comfortable temperatures. Never will I step foot inside this hostel again. Nor was it cheap. £187 for the night for four people. A complete rip off for what we received which I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Needed a Bed after working In Very Wet n Windy Conditions at London Stadium. paid £11 so not expecting much . slept solid for 10 hours Nice soft pillows Very large rooms with high ceilings. The Pub below is very artistic still has a 19th Century feel all Staff Very Nice Damien behind Bar very passionate about his job also the Young Lady checked me in. Would recommend this as a basic stay in SW1 .
