Ulasan Park Plaza London, Park Royal

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked to find that my reservation was canceled due to an overbooking on the platform. There was no room available for me and my friend. It was already 1 AM, and after a long day of work, I was extremely frustrated. I wasn't the only guest encountering this issue. Fortunately, the manager managed to arrange a room for us at a sister hotel for the night. The biggest hassle was dragging our luggage around, and with an important meeting scheduled for the next day, we had no choice but to wait. We then went to the sister hotel nearby, exhausted. The compensation was a free taxi ride, but even that was problematic as the driver was not very familiar with the hotel's address, wasting more time. Eventually, after almost an hour and a half, we managed to check in. The next morning, we had to rush off early, feeling quite wronged, but I was too tired to complain further. Thankfully, the hotel manager remembered me, and the transition back to the original hotel the next day went smoothly. The whole trip ended on a positive note. However, I recommend that everyone should allow extra time and check in early to pick up the room keys, as I believe such issues will continue to occur. Good luck to all.

Could be better location is good parking is very expensive for 24 hour

This hotel provides you sweet dream during your london vacation with all good amenities and ambience. 5mins walking from park royal underground station is a plus for easy access to the city and other attractions via piccadilly line. Distance to heathrow airport also not that far via the same line. Worth the money you spent for the stay at this spot.

The eco-friendly thing about not cleaning the rooms daily needs to be re-examined, especially for families with kids. We went out several days without the room being cleaned, granted we were offered the "opt out" option which we took but only out of insufficient information.

This was a very pleasant stay, staff were very friendly and helpful with accommodating us.

We recommend to stay here, location is good can go out to walk around the city. Staff are so kind and helpful

The hotel location is good, the staff are helpful. I can say that it is one of the best hotels in the region. I stayed for four nights. The breakfast is sufficient, but the space is a bit small. It is also a suitable hotel for those who want to stay with their family.

Located at a stone throw away from the Park Plaza station via Piccadilly line (approx 2min walk). 48mins to the Heathrow Terminals via the same Piccadilly line. Diagonally opposite is a drive-through Burger King and Five Guys fast food restaurant. Unfortunately there is no convenient stores nearby. They do sell water and some snacks at their lobby vending machine. Otherwise, the tap water in London is generally safe for drinking. We did the digital check-in and out (simply download the Park Plaza Services APP), hence hassle-free from all the waiting. Room was decent sized for 2pax. Their standing shower space was relatively small though. Not a bad experience if you don't intend to stay for long.

We had a lovely stay we choose this location since it is just 7 min away from the underground so it is easy to go plus the room was spacious , we loved our stay will be back when we are in London again

Hotel was stunning and very well maintained. Even though we were only given a room on the first floor we still loved the hotel. It was right near the tube station which was so convenient as we could get on the tube whenever. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting london,

Breakfast is good. Room is acceptable clean. Sofa bed is a bit too soft and not comfortable. Environment is good. Very close to the station.

We were overall very satlsfled at thls accommodation.Just a little thing we were unhappy with was a room scent😅 very strong shaving foam all over .
