The room is small, but it’s in the heart of London. Just right beside London eyes. Walking distance to London eye. Location is very convenient, and there is convenient stall (Iceland) just right beside. The drink at the bar was fantastic, absolutely worth to try. They do provide free hot drinks too, that’s sweet Staff are friendly and helpful Room are clean and cozy, small yet comfortable Shower gel and shampoo are brilliant, smell so good

Great stay in a lovely location! Staff were super friendly and the facilities were clean! Really cool bar downstairs and comfy bed!

Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was good, quieter than city centre (plus points) and surrounded by F&B and supermarkets. Very convenient. 5-7 min walk to 2 tube stations (Waterloo and Lambert North) and 2-3 min walk to bus stops. Room was clean, just that toilet had no shelf to put things. Wardrobe rung runs perpendicular to its door rather than parallel, so clothes had to be hung behind one another and it was rather troublesome to take clothes out.

酒店鄰近火車站， 房間整潔乾淨， 酒店職員友善。 樓下中午時分會有市集，又不同類型的食物 也不會嘈吵。

rubbish。酒店又小隔音又差，走廊關門聲，夜晚水管管道流水聲，街邊音樂説話聲非常清楚。在酒店入住期間出了緊急情況身體不適，工作人員處理問題態度差且mean。踢皮球不作為。

酒店位置很方便，步行也可以去不同景點，附近也有很多餐廳很多選擇，乘坐巴士地鐵也很方便，房間光線和整潔。

服務態度很好， 我們帶着舊英鎊， 前台詳細告訴我們怎麼換成新英鎊才可以使用。 真的很貼心。 浴巾也每天換和清理衞生， 在天氣變換無常的倫敦， 回酒店猶如回家。 真好👍 地點也特別方便！
