Hotel is in perfect location, 10/10 for cleanliness and great facilities such as 24/7 gym.

Amazing bed, comfiest I've ever slept in! Black out curtains too for the most amazing sleep. Reception kindly saw my mobility impairment and changed my room to an accessible one. Room included some water, espresso pods and shortbread, and dressing gowns and slippers. Gorgeous view.

Excellent location next to Towerhill underground station. A short walk to the Tower of London and surrounding attractions. The buffet breakdast is really good in terms of choices and quality of food. The gym is well-equipped, and the indoor swimming is big. It's a pity we didn't have time to enjoy those facilities. We like the room's windows that can be opened. We let in fresh cold air at night and were able to sleep really well.

As a solo traveler, this hotel had everything I needed. It was in a great location (attractions and underground very close). The staff were very helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant was really good! I appreciated the Buffett style and there was as a great variety no matter the appetite you had. I would stay there again!

I had the most wonderful corner room with an unbelievable view of St Paul’s. I loved being able to pop in off the side street without having to go through reception every time. My room had a little kitchen with everything I could have needed and a really good fridge with cold water in it. Excellent aircon meant I barely noticed it was one of the hottest days of the year.

有一間卧室太小了，放了張雙人床，門都打不開了，而且卧室裏插座出奇的少，手機充電就有問題了。頂樓有個大露台不錯，能看到教堂的大圓頂，設施還算齊全，就是出租車開不到門口要自己拖着行李箱找有點麻煩。五星趕不上，四星差不多。另外酒店房間有空調的。

酒店早餐雖然是點餐的 現點現做，比自助餐品質要高。 但是做的好吃，都是西式的 選擇蠻多的。當然所不適合英文不好的。酒店位置也方便，對附近熟悉的人很適合，各大景點走路就行

We booked the pan Pacific to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were treated like royalty from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel to when we checked out. The staff are amazing and gave us a free upgrade to the penthouse suit. The meals at the hotel restaurant rivaled some of the food I've had at Michelin restaurants. Definitely would love to come back here again.
