Really nice welcome from staff both at the concierge desk and reception. Even a glass of sparkling wine on arrival in some lovely cut glass 'vintage' style glasses. I'm not normally a sparkling wine fan, but I enjoyed this one. I'd love to know what it was but I forgot to ask! Room was very nice, and based in the more modern 'Barlow' wing. Not quite the historic side of building alas - felt very much the servants quarters of the hotel! But room had charm still, and everything is of an incredible quality. Also in the room was a really lovely postcard with a welcome message on it, and a St Pancras themed chocolate bar, utilising some of the mosaic patterns from around the hotel and station in its design. I especially liked the 'hidden' plug socket on the bedside table, which was in the perfect place for my overnight charging stuff. It was also delightful having a very large round dining table in the room, it was nice to grab lunch downstairs, bring it back to the room and eat it at a proper table whilst relaxing in peace and quiet. The windows in these rooms do not open, unfortunately. It would have been nice to have had at least a vent option available to us, but the A/C did keep a fairly consistent temperature. Platinum benefits ended up being a slight room upgrade, and late check out. It was originally 3pm, but I checked again in the morning and 4pm was now possible due to some early checkouts - this was a huge relief as that extra hour meant we could have a much more relaxing day as it timed perfectly for our onward travel. As a platinum member, I was granted access to the chambers club. Wow. Simply wow. What a space! Easily the best lounge I've visited. Absolutely super, the staff amazing too. I was just sad I only really got to experience when it was just about to close for the evening, and the breakfast, and not any of the famous early evening selections. At the time of writing (March 2023) the Chambers Club is open from 0700 to 2200 with Breakfast from 0700 to 1100 weekdays, 1200 on weekends. The evening service is between 1700 and 2000, and Hors-d'oeuvre are served from 1730 til 1930. (It is self-service between midday and 1630). At breakfast the next morning a bountiful supply of anything you could think of at a breakfast buffet. The only disappointment was the eggs. I think a kilo of butter went into every batch. But. I’ve yet to find a single luxury hotel that does scrambled eggs correctly at the buffet so I cannot judge too harshly. And when that D'Longhi toaster goes to 'small electrical appliance heaven', I hope it gets replaced by a Dualit. I went on a self-guided walking tour of the hotel in the morning too with help from some of the staff by way of directions. The highlights being; The grand staircase, which is an engineering wonder in itself and worth the climb, And on the 1st floor you are rewarded with the painting of The Garden of Deduit by the Scottish artist Thomas Wallis Hay. I used to use this hostel back when it was under YHA management. I’ve always picked it for its close proximity to Euston and King’s Cross. This is the first time I’ve been back since it changed hands. Glad to report that the hostel is still as it was. Polite and helpful staff, modern rooms with beds that have individual lights and charging sockets, lockers for valuables, clean and well kept bathrooms, a bar area downstairs to eat and have drinks if you desire. I stayed in a 6-bed female only dorm and was happy with my stay. Bed was comfortable, my items were safe (locks can be purchased behind the reception for £4), and the sockets can charge multiple devices with the dual USB sockets + a regular 3-pronged socket. Will advise that you turn the main room light off when you want go to sleep as my co-inhibitors left the main light on all night on my last night for some reason. The one area they could improve on was having another pillow on the beds. Mine was so used that it was mostly flat and made very little difference to my comfort.

My friends and my family stayed in The Royal National Hotel from 5th Aug. To 11th Aug.Due to some detail problems related to the hotel booking,several times I went to the reception to ask for help. Every time, they were very nice and helpful. Especial thanks to receptionist Jannai, he understood my requests very quickly and helped me to solve it very patiently. It’s a very nice experience to stay in the hotel, nice people, nice breakfast and convenient to many sightseeing places in London.

We had a lovely stay at St Giles, London. Well located hotel, near to Tottenham Court Road Station, bus stops, supermarkets, shops, eateries, theatres etc. From Heathrow Airport, we took the Elizabeth line to Tottenham Court Road Station and hotel was just a short walk away. The British museum was also nearby. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. As we arrived rather early, Nikki helped us to secure a room earlier than official check in time, so that we can put our luggages and rest. The concierge guys were great, giving advice on how best to get to our destination. The Chinese gentleman, sorry, I didn't get his name, even helped me with my Bolt app bookings! We booked 2 new twin rooms. Although they were small, they were sufficient for 2 pax in each room. All amenities that we needed were available and rooms were cleaned thoroughly when we returned from our sightseeing. There was no air conditioner in the rooms but weather was great, so we had no issues. The breakfast served was excellent, with a wide variety. Good choice for our short stay in London.

So happy when we arrived. Everywhere was clean and quiet. The staff are lovely and made sure that we knew everything we needed to know. The spa facilities are great. You can use the steam room, sauna, pool and the jacuzzi which I loved so much, also use rhe gym and pay for spa treatments which is reasonable priced. The shower in the room wow was lovely and hot wnd powerful. I spent so long in there i didnt wanna get out lol. This was a well deserved time for us both. We will defo be coming back in the future. Easy to find as well. There is also a parking g place round the corner which was not far at all a 1 min walk back to the hotel. Weatherspoons was next door also. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. Ia agak dekat dengan stesen, jadi saya berasa selamat walaupun pada lewat malam. Bilik itu luas dan bersih. Saya agak bimbang tentang bau tandas, Saluran keluar di ruang katil tiada ruang di bahagian bawah Kerana mungkin tidak boleh menggunakan penukar besar Berhati-hati diperlukan! Kakitangan baik dan baik Saya mempunyai masa yang hebat!

It was great to stay if you consider the location and budget first. and unlike some reviews in google maps, there was no bug at all and my room 304 was quite clean. i cannot say it was 100% clean because there was slight dirt on the desk but it was not a big deal for me. most of all, they kept my suitcase very safely with a baggage tag so i did not need to worry about missing my bag. and the staff were all friendly and kind. they helped me in many ways. however, wifi was not working during my stay because internet had some problems when connecting wifi. anyway, since i had only 4 days, minor problems were not bothering me. london is too expensive i need to stay in a decent hotel with a reasonable price and a good location to save my time and money. i would like to recommend you to stay here if you consider the location and price as your priority.

This was advertised as the only 5-star hotel in Canary Wharf. Location among all hotels is the best. Hotel itself is 4-star at best by New York standards, and 3-star by Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore standards. Not much attention to details but one could let them go. Manage expectations and all will be fine. If one is a discerning traveler who needs a true 4 to 5-star hotel to stay at, this isn’t the place to be. Otherwise it’s functional.

To here because of catching the flight after checking out from the uni student hall. The hotel is close to Terminal 4 of Heathrow Airport and the instructions for going to the hotel are clear, just about 5 minutes from the terminal exit near Heathrow Terminal 4. Go upstairs via the lift to the level written 'hotel'. The staff is very nice and they allow me to check in at about 12PM which is normally after 14PM without any charges. The staff is friendly and willing to solve problems. The room I got is really nice and see no dust or trash in the room. The bed is nicely tidy and all the devices in the room like tv, clothes iron and its desk, dryer, etc. The free breakfast included for all guests is not very impressive but fair enough. It's a buffet and it had bread, beans, bacon, sausage, etc, just a classic all-day breakfast you can get in the UK. The check out process is simple, just drop the card into the box named Check Out and you can freely leave.
