Gute Lage im Zentrum Londons. Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Frühstück war perfekt. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon etwas älter. Auch die Schränke sind nicht mehr die neuesten. Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel eher grenzwertig. Bett und Mini-Bar ganz ok. Das Bad war schön gross aber auch veraltet. Room-Service wardafür sehr gut. Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel ist es eine 7/10.

We were struggling to work out our evening. We stopped at the St Germaine branded bar on Bishopsgate. We were greeted by Elpee. From the outset they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. They let us choose our seat, and set us up for what we expected to be a brief libation. My disabled partner and I were really impressed with Elpees attentiveness and quality of service. Being in London and disabled it can be a hard to navigate and aggressive environment. Our stop refreshed us, and made a it an exciting stop in our brief to the city.

The butler delivered to our room bottled water bowls cute wicker bed and treats The Ned is quirky stylish and fun.The Turkish baths and spa are a great retreat away from City life . Drinks on the roof top bar set us up for Dining in the exclusive club style vault restaurant We have dined in the hotels Italian restaurant on previous stays which was first rate too

I would like to say what a wonderful time we had at this beautiful hotel over the weekend. We were only 1 night and wished we had booked more. I would especially like to thank Zaema for her happy, friendly, helpful manner. She is a credit to you and your team. Nothing was too much trouble helping with tube instructions and timings and the hand written note left in our room was an especially lovely touch.

Myself, brother and sister and father stayed for 1 night for my father's 80th birthday. I contacted the hotel in advance to let them know it was my father's birthday and the hotel very kindly organised for complimentary cakes for his hotel room along with offering us a welcome drink on the house and had even left a hand written card in his room. They went over and beyond to make him feel special and the personal touch was very much appreciated. Haytam was particularly helpful and friendly ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay - thank you for your hospitality. The rooms were full of mod cons - loved the automated black out blinds. We had breakfast included in our rate which was all cooked fresh and delicious. We had a drink and nibbles in the bar during the evening - nice balance of an atmosphere but not too loud and the food was nicely presented. Super close to Moorgate tube and not far from Liverpool St also so very easy to get to and a lovely stay overall so would definitely recommend.

Service was nice. Hotels AC didn’t cool enough. Was fixed at 73 degrees …. My friends room the same. Location was fantastic. I had to leave a day early - wouldn’t get a refund (from trip.con or hotel) even with proof of earlier booked flight. So that was disappointing.

The hotel is well designed in modern style, like it every bit in the details.Location is convenient with good shopping malls and restaurant nearby, subway Liverpool station is 10-min walk from the hotel. The apartment I stayed in was pristine. The modern take to the style of the apartment is most definitely attractive to those who are looking for a city living experience. The location was just outside central London ( 15 min via tube to the city) with a tube station 10 minutes away from the apartment. The service was great as staff where friendly and helpful. The surround in area to the location was thriving with restaurants and bars with corner shops; continently placed near by. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a modern apartment at affordable rates. Perfect for couples and solo trips.

The hotel is located in a great location, minutes walk from different Tube stations and close to the National Gallery. You can also take a nice walk up the Mall through the garden and towards Buckingham Palace. And you can get to Chinatown within 15 minutes walk and Covent Garden within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is a bit old but they have maintained it well.

Due to this the fire alarm went off in the morning waking us up with a start! Room with tea & coffee and very nice muffins and complimentary water. Staff very friendly and helpful. Central location to the City, near Liverpool Station and Bank. Overall recommended for 1 or 2 nights stay, would visit again.

酒店有上百年的歷史，門頭很小，一不小心就容易走過，以至於每次回去到附近都得看着點兒。有樓梯有電梯（電梯窄小到衹容得下兩個成人和兩件大行李）。但是以上這些一點不影響我入住的優質體驗。首先是前台接待非常熱情，雖然英文已如同白紙的我完全聽不懂她説的是啥，但我還是感受到了她周到細緻的關照和熱情的態度👍酒店內從裡到外的設施沒有一點百年的陳舊感，保留了一些百年的氣質，但內部設施設備很現代，特別是衞浴，簡單乾淨利落，足以滿足我對衞浴的需求。特別值得一提的是房間的咖啡、茶包、小餅乾、巧克力每天都有提供，水和氣泡水都可以免費無限量👍頭天我們還特地在超市買了水帶回去，2L雖然1磅不到，但如果天天需要買回去的話，又麻煩也挺費錢。特別我這種喝水大户😂房間內的雀巢膠囊咖啡機好用到讓我第一次升起想立馬買個帶回來的念頭😅酒店身處金融街，到哪裡也都很方便，巴士公交和地鐵站都近在咫尺，玩累了回酒店休息也還是很方便。對了，這次倫敦之旅對巴士的體驗感比地鐵好太多👍總之，酒店很喜歡，如果有機會還會再次入住，也願意推薦給朋友😊😊
