We booked for my husband's birthday and our anniversary, we were upgraded as it was a special weekend and our junior suite was beautiful, the views were lovely from our 3 windows and it was so easy to check in using the app. Will definitely be back.

Very good the complete one night stay. Every employee was polite and friendly. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfy. If I go to London again will certainly stay at one of there hotels.

Overall satisfied with my 8 night stay. Relatively close to the tube and in a nice quiet neighborhood on the south bank of london. Many food options around within walking distance, good for business travelers.

We had a fantastic one night stay here! The room was a great size, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the bar staff were also superb. We also added breakfast to stay and we were really impressed with this a great price for what you get definitely worth doing! we also very much enjoyed the standard 12pm check out, at least from our experiences most other places have an earlier check out making you feel rushed sometimes so this being slightly later is great. Overall had a wonderful stay here and would stay again without a second thought.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza London Riverbank this week. We arrived in London in the morning and headed to the hotel around 1030am to see if we could drop our bags before returning for check-in at 1500. The lovely receptionist let us know that our room was ready if we wanted to check in early. This was a lovely surprise and meant we could put our feet up and have a cup of tea in our room after our journey and prior to heading back out into the city. The room itself was just what we needed with lovely ‘smart’ touches such as mood lighting and curtain control from the bed. The only downside was that our room was situated right next to the lift so every time somebody used it, we could hear the whirring from the mechanisms. This died down overnight but as you can imagine started up again first thing in the morning. Overall we had a lovely stay in a lovely room, but would maybe just request a slightly different room location next time. We would definitely return. All the staff we had the pleasure of dealing with were very friendly and professional. Thank you all!

Check in and check out process was straight forward. The receptionists were professional, kind, always available for any requests. The room was automated so you could manage the AC, lights and the curtains automatically by clicking on a button. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was tasty and international. The attention to the guests is the focus of hotel staff and it was really appreciated. Hotel location near Victoria station and within walking distance of Buckingham palace, Big Ben and Hyde park. Thanks for a wonderful stay,,,
