Sarah Dacey 1/5 a week ago on Google This place should be shut down. Upon your arrival you are instantly locked out as this is not a manned place. I can’t even call it a Hotel. You literally have to wait for somebody to let you in, Within an hour if you’re lucky. The room!!! My god. I’ve had better camping trips. On opening the room door (after a 50 minute wait outside and a 5 hour drive ) we were met with a dirty quilt left rolled up on a disgustingly dirty bed ( hair and filth all over it ). There were wet used towels and dirty bedding left on the side table. No one was available to do anything about it. They do not cook breakfast ( not that I would eat there ) so that’s a complete lie and you’re paying for it. The blinds on the windows have been fitted by Stevie Wonder and don’t open or close. The place is run down and generally filthy. The water is constantly freezing cold and your unable to shower. Even the electric was off. So at times we had cold water with no electricity. The owner is the most disgusting and rude person I’ve ever met and will not converse or do anything about your situation. PLEASE DON’T BOOK HERE. You’d be better off sleeping in your car. !!! It’s vile and unsafe. I paid £800 for an executive room for 7 days to be close to my partner who had an operation in a local hospital. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. You will be ignored by anyone that occasionally works there. A DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE!!! The 1 stars I have given it are actually minus 10 and more. 1 star is way too good for the place. BE WARNED !!! Or get vaccinated before you dare go. Sarah - Wrexham.

Une très belle surprise ! Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans cet hôtel ! Facile à trouver, accès par le bus ou par le métro (deux stations à proximité), l'enregistrement et le départ ont été rapides et simples ! La chambre était grande,propre et fonctionnelle,avec de l'espace pour ranger ses affaires,un lit spacieux et très confortable et une salle de bains grande et propre,tout ça au calme. Nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners au restaurant en bas de l'hôtel,ils étaient copieux et excellents et nous avons également mangé de très bons hamburgers au dîner, à un prix très raisonnable ! Nous avons pu profiter de notre weekend en toute liberté tout en étant bien reposés ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

My partner and I recently stayed here as it was close to the theatre. We had other options of the Premier Inn nearer to the venue, but chanced the Antoinette as parking was available. So glad we took the chance. On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and even upgraded our room to an executive room. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with the facilities in the room more than you'd expect from the cost of the room. With only a 6 minute walk to the theatre we used this to our advantage by coming and going to the local restaurants. The only lwt down was there was not a restaurant within the hotel as we'd have loved to experience and evening meal there too, but the local Persian restaurant was a first with lovely food. We will definitely stay here again and again as we have looked at more shows to see at the New Wimbledon Theatre.

Wer außerhalb des Zentrums die ruhigere Seite Londons kennenlernen möchte, wird sich in diesem charmanten Hotel aus dem 19. Jahrhundert im südwestlichen Stadtteil Wimbledon wohl fühlen. Sicherlich ist es eher ein Hotel für Privatreisende, aber wer als Geschäftsreisender viele Hotelketten kennt, wird nicht mehr so große Unterschiede feststellen und mag vielleicht einmal eine andere Erfahrung machen. Mir persönlich gefällt der traditionelle englische Einrichtungsstil der Zimmer. Im Bad verbindet sich moderne Apparatur mit historisch anmutenden Elementen der Wand- und Bodenfliesen auf harmonische Weise. Ich habe Essen aufs Zimmer bestellt, was sehr gut war. Auch das Frühstück hat mir gefallen. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und fachkundig. Die Rezeptionistin (ich glaube Angela?) hat mich mit einem Upgrade zu einer Junior Suite mit Blick auf den Park überrascht. Ich glaube, besser geht es nicht. Danke nochmals.

I stayed in room 54 on the 2nd floor for one night before a 07.30 hospital appointment at St George's. The hotel/residence, is in the grounds of the hotel and there aren't many spaces to stop and unload. The door is immediately on the left as you turn in from Blackhaw Road so could be easily missed at night. The room was spotlessly clean, the double glazing worked well to keep road noise out and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was and shower were fine and the place was secure, never seen so many CCTV cameras in a building.! Not sure if they provide breakfast etc but for £64 for a double room I think it's great value. Literally a 2 minute walk to the hospital so it's ideal for a stay if visiting. It's not a long walk to many restaurants and pubs etc and I did see a Deliveroo driver at the door of you want to stay in. The TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime etc so bring your login and passwords.

I chose this hotel during my visit to London and it was very close to Raynes Park station. Its facilities are great, the bed is soft, the staff are very welcoming and the breakfast it served is lovely. The only shortcoming is that it doesn't provide 24 hour heating so it gets a little bit chilly in the evenings.
