The Ritz-Carlton Los Angles is one of our most favorite hotels but on our recent trip it was a whole new level for two reasons 1) super sweet upgrade (thanks Bonvoy Ambassador team)and 2) club level access. The Room The Executive Suite is a stunning room. The hotel offers several configurations. Some have a half bath, some offer a connecting room and some are accessible. Regardless of configurations all offer a spacious living/dining room, spectate bedroom, stunning bathroom and killer views. The executive suite is great for couples looking for a bit of extra space (more than a thousand square feet) to spread out, families or those travel on business and need space for work. Club Lounge If you’ve never had the opportunity to experience the Ritz-Carlton Club Level it is an experience to be had. Unfortunately Ritz-Carlton does not offer elite access to the club level so you’ll have to pay for it - Burd it’s worth it. The offerings vary by hotel but this club offers a full hot breakfast, lite lunch mid day, snacks, evening appetizers and desserts, beer and wine all day and evening cocktail service. This is all included in the room rate along with an incredible concierge team. The Hotel The hotel is tranquil, private and offers discrete luxury. Even though the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton share a building the experiences can not be anything farther from each other. From the private lobby, to beautiful rooms, to the well equipped fitness center to the tranquil rooftop pool The Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles does not disappoint.

It was a Great Hotel, the location is great, very well connected to subway, lots of restaurant and fast-food around. The rooms and the facility is great, especially the 7th floor pool deck the staff there are very friendly, room is very comfortable and spacious, clean, have all amenities I needed, including the slippers which I used for the pool side. Some of the receptionist are very friendly, courteous especially the girl who extended my checkout time and the gentlemen Manny they made me feel home, also the concierge gentleman, I am from Asia and you definitely need people like them to make you comfortable. on the other had there were some receptionist who don't even want to smile, a smile cost nothing, it is because of these couple of them that the hotel might not get the guest back. Over all I will for sure come back again and there is no need for me to stay in other places, i use to stay in sheraton grand, but now I recommend this hotel and also myself will stay here again for sure. Super comfortable staying! I planned stay 1 night but I stayed for while the trip in LA. in bathroom everything perfect Bedlinen super fresh and soft bed Style of room just cool Size a small but it’s acceptable Lovely restaurant downstair with good coffee at bar Location is convenient , next to Loui , Italian restaurant, and around the corner of the house bar with life music , excellent jazz band concert Ah I love it , definitely I’ll came beck

Amazing stay. We’ve stayed a handful of times at the Waldorf Beverly Hills which we also love, but I think this will be our new go-to Hilton property in Los Angeles as it’s at a much more attractive price point. The service was what really stood out. Extremely friendly front desk, bellmen, drivers, and wait staff. We were celebrating our anniversary and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite and provided treats and champagne. Pool was beautiful and huge considering the area. Food was delicious, albeit extremely expensive which is our only criticism of the property. We are excited to come back.

We stayed at the Live Hotel this past week for three nights. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was odd. One day they had sausage and no eggs then the next day boiled eggs and no bacon or sausage. I found that odd. The beds were comfortable and the rooms seem to have been updated. However The area the hotel is in is awful. The neighborhood is not good. Trash and graffiti is everywhere you look. We did not feel safe walking anywhere. This was my first time visiting Los Angeles and I have to say I was so disappointed in the city and their lack of at least picking up trash and doing anything to control the graffiti. To put it bluntly the neighborhood is filthy. Parking is $11.00 per night which I thought was a bit much but they did have security at night to make up for the fee. The Korean BBQ across the street was delicious and that is as far as we ventured out walking. Even though the hotel was in itself nice and very clean I will not be staying there again simply because of the area. Los Angeles has a serious trash and graffiti problem that they need to address. I rated this hotel 3 stars mainly because of the horrible location.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property Residence Inn LA Live .. and we always loved our stay! Our room was large, very neat, comfortable and have a wonderful city view. Staff were very accomodating and granted our request for a room on higher floor with tub. The only minor issues during our stay were AC not cooling enough, and kitchen sink light & exhaust not working. It was resolved it right away after addressing it to the guest services. Housekeeping service was amazing. Our room is always tidy whenever we return to our room. Thank you so much! We loved the free breakfast every morning. Valet parking was runned by a third party and it’s a first come first served basis. We felt rushed whenever we unload our belongings. Anyways, we would definitely return in the future.
