Everything was great. I asked if the rooms had a refrigerator, and they said they'll bring one right up. I was here for a restful night's sleep before going to Sydney Australia. They accommodated me with a late checkout. The hotel had some quiet rooftop gardens I could hang out and wait for my evening's light. I would definitely stay again

I am a restaurant manager with my own restaurant in Manhattan, NY. I like LA very much because I am a Laker fan and I love this city. But the breakfast restaurant in this hotel makes me feel discriminated against for the first time in America for so many years. Maybe I am an Asian face? ? ? ? ? I don't know. From the time I sat down to eat to the end, there were only a few tables of guests at 7 o'clock in the morning, and no one served me coffee or tea, not even a greeting from the waiter! ! ! Don't their wages come from the service charge of each table of guests? ? ?don't take me wrong. I just cannot understand how they can doing this kind of job. What makes me feel worse is that they will ask me what the nearby guests need to drink. Listen.

It was the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at. First, the bottom of bottom of the bathtub was peeled off and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe for my feet. The shampoo conditioner were terrible. They definitely damaged my hair. Buttons of some elevators did not work. The room was just a bigger version of cheaper hotels. It was nice to see planes, but it was very loud when the flights were taking off. They need to use better walls and windows for the noise. I know they didn’t tell me to pay a lot. It was cheap, but it is still Hilton hotel. I was disappointed.

This hotel is located not far from LAX airport. Suttle busses go every half hour. The receptionist was super nice.

My stay at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport was convenient and comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located near LAX, making it ideal for early flights or layovers. The shuttle service was reliable and a big plus. The rooms were spacious, but the decor felt a little dated. However, everything was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I appreciated how quickly they handled check-in and any requests. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you need a hotel close to the airport with good service.

The room is dated and requires some work. The bathroom door is very old and hard to close. Parking is rather expensive; self parking is USD53 per night and valet parking is USD63 per night. For us, breakfast is included. However, the selection is limited. If you don't have a breakfast voucher, it's USD36per person. I will give other hotels a try the next time I come back to LA.

This time they gave us a poolside room as an upgrade for the previous disaster room a week earlier. This was much larger and everything worked except exhaust fan in the bathroom. Not a bad hotel but no longer our first choice after many years there.

Friendly staff. Efficient check in and check out. Regular airport shuttle service. You have everything required for the stay. Only downside was that I could hear clearly the sound of water flow next door while they were using the shower.

It’s good experience if having connected flight. It can hear the sound of plane landing because the Hotel close to the airport. But it is still good hotel.

24/7 free shuttle bus to and fro MCO airport so it is very convenient and you can save on Uber. Need to pay $$ for early check-in which is quite a turn off. Hotel room is ok but old. overall good hotel for a few nights stay, they do not provide free mineral water in their hotel room but you can refill your water bottle using the water dispenser in the gym. Gym is spacious too.

A modernization is needed, other wise location and service are good for transferring around

We have been given a room in which the air conditioner was not at all working. Rang reception twice, technician was sent twice but air conditioner did not start. It was pathetic experience at Hilton. Will never book Hilton at any of my trip and provide feedback to not book the property to my friends as well.

I almost miss my plane ! due not getting my wake up up call , !,,,,,,!
