Had a great trip! Everything was nice! Really enjoyed myself.

前台態度很好 效率很高 房間不算很大但是很舒適 床很舒服 因為衹住了一個晚上 沒有探索小花園還有其他的設施 但是隔音還不錯 休息的很好

Enjoyed my stay. Lovely hotel with extremely friendly & helpful staff. There is one big issue though. Had to pay a $200 deposit at the time of check-in. Checked out more than a week ago and still haven't received the deposit back yet.

The staff was amazing. I was here for the LA marathon and they encouraged me. Just really cool people. Housekeeping was outstanding. This place is really a little gym and LA or Century City. I will be staying here for next year‘s marathon for sure. And I will recommend it to friends that are traveling from out of town. The location is great

Do not stay there. I booked it for almost a week and left after first night. Dirty room and the smelled terrible. Nope, never again.

Tv didn’t work. Heater didn’t work which was a shame because it was freezing in the room. I noticed there was a stain on the sheets too and the bed itself isn’t the comfiest. I would have complained but the guys at the front desk are super nice. Besides that it’s a basic hotel, good if you are just using it to basically hold your things and sleep. Easy parking too which is nice.

For $160/night in West LA, it’s a decent property, the room and bed have been updated and are clean and fresh, the bathroom was fine. The staff are very nice (especially Andrea). The only criticism that I have is that the plumbing pipes make noise on and off all night long.

I personally LOVE this place but others may not. The good: location, cleanliness, staff, adorable decor. Super cute lobby and common area. The bad: this was clearly once a very cheap motel that they put a very expensive tent over the atrium to enclose it and they updated the furniture and decorations to super cute trendy things. However, one glance at the bathroom baseboards or the bathtub, and you immediately know you were a refinished hotel. No breakfast included which is neutral for me. Again the staff was absolutely amazing and we really enjoyed our stay, but this place may not be for everybody.

It wasn’t a terrible stay, I just prefer a more up-to-date place. It felt run down which made me uncomfortable. Didn’t look like the pictures.

It is very difficult to park on the property if you have a bigger vehicle like a truck. The room did not have any air conditioning or heat. There was a plug in heater in the room. All night the toilet kept resetting and made a loud noise the entire night.

This is a terrific location, hotel, and the staff were cool af! The only downside was it being so small. Both mornings I was woken up (before 7a) by others being really loud in their rooms. The hotel can't control that, so I'd still recommend this property👍
